Peach and apricot colored body; thin yet lasting white head. Wet horse aroma infused with a sweet, fruity quality; really faint presence of apricot and banana. Beautiful sweet and tart flavor combination; apricot (again); lemon and tangerine suggestions. Medium body; a tad fizzy; crisp and tart with a nice snap on the palate; semi-dry, semi-sweet.

The brewery says peaches, I taste apricot. I suppose we're both well within the flavor neighborhood. This is a fine and tasty fruity farmhouse ale.

a collaboration with saint somewhere in florida, a wild beer in chardonnay barrels with peaches, my first from these guys, and its fabulous, has me thirsting for more already! a bright golden brew, radiant in the glass, fizzy and accumulating a nice head, no visible sediment but some haziness here. summy and summery looking. the aroma is awesome, a really unique wild funk here with a little piquancy too, not a cultured brett thing to me, but super well refined, wheaty and rye based, lots and lots of character here even before the peaches. the peach smells sweet and ripe, yellow and fleshy and summery and juicy and natural as can be, accentuated by the fruitiness of the chardonnay barrel. the flavor is so complex but so understated too, not overly peachy, but like a peach essence in the middle and in the finish, delicate, peach blossom almost, floral and a touch sweet. some acidity from the chardonnay barrel and with wild yeasts, but not real acidic as they go, way more funkiness than that, mature and farmy and old world rustic. the malt base is awesome, i appreciate the depth in a beer like this and the rye adds a lot. wonderfully effervescent carbonation makes it sing, and i stare at my empty glass shaking my head wishing i had more. this was splendid. stoked to try more beers from these guys!

Nice but smaller foamy fizzy head that fades fairly quickly, little lacing, hazy golden yellow with light chucks floating.

Nose is very interesting and strange, plenty of buttery Udall barrel and white wine chardonnay thing, a weird musty funk thing, little fruity rye character I think but that could be my brain, light peach stone fruit, little yeasty note, sour peach late, faint acidity.

Taste brings loads of buttery oak and chardonnay wore wine flesh, also tart funk and some sour peach, stone fruit fleshy flavor, little earthy funk with sour acidic bite, especially on the back end. Buttery oak chardonnay finished the flavor with more tart acidic funk and little flemmy. Also in there a touch if a spicy rye, and nice lambic like bready funk on the back end.

Mouth is med bod, little flemmy, decent carb.

Overall pretty good, wish there was more peach, but buttery oak and chardonnay was nice, funk and acidity was nice.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave light wisps

S - Aromas of very strong oak and chardonnay, light tartness and rye. The peaches though are super super faint. Flashes of stone fruit pits.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, more loads of buttery oak and chardonnay, huge white wine flavours. There is some great light sweeter peach notes, almost gummy candy like. Very tasty.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, good crispness, not nearly as flemmy as I'd have thought.

O - Overall this was a very nice peach wild beer. Excellent barrel notes!
