Beautiful flavor and smell
Unfortunately the taste is not for me
Not a huge fan of Gingers
Maybe would try again in the right air

L: poured from bottle into a frosted pilsner glass. Slight white head. Color yellow/gold.
S: ginger comes through, also other spice, malt.
T: immediate ginger then nutmeg and pumpkin spice
F: medium light, perky carbonation.
O: very different composiin and taste. Interesting but not a favorite.

12oz can poured into a pint glass
A: Pale brown with a thin head
S: Light malt/brown sugar/ginger
T: Light flavors that match the nose
M: Light-bodied, a touch of spice
O: I was hoping to use this in a cocktail that called for ginger beer but it doesn't have nearly the intensity of other ginger beers whether with alcohol or NA that I've had. As is not bad for the spiced beer category just not very complex or bold

This was poured into a nonic. The appearance was a glossy to hazy burnt off orange to bent amber color. Some transparency. Light carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Filmy little bit of a white head. The smell had the spicy ginger root up front. Sly little bit of citrus hops. Nicely "carrying" sweet caramel to toffee malt backing up to rye aroma nicely. The flavor takes all of the aromas to blend at a nice pace. Rides all together on into the aftertaste and a semi-quick finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body. Fairly decent sessionability about it. Overall, as a "ginger" beer, I see nothing wrong with it. Me, I’d definitely come back to this.

Amber, Darker than Saison au Miel, lighter than Sawtooth. Solid head of small bubbles, no lacing. Aroma of sourdough, ginger, spice. Palate of ginger, nutmeg, hay, pumpkin, caramel, toffee, wheat bread; finish of lightly sweet candies ginger. Pros I love ginger, sweetness is balanced (off dry). Cons of complexity. 87/100

Pours a pretty nice yellowish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy/foamy white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some spice notes, ginger. The taste is malty, yeasty, spicy, ginger, Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.
