Appearance: Clear, medium golden in color, with a moderate white head, which retains well, and moderate, slow-rising carbonation. The lacing leaves numerous densely placed beads about the glass walls, resembling a mesh pattern.

Aroma: Light cracker and biscuit malt, with spicy and lemony notes, quite pleasant.

Taste: Opens with cracker and biscuit malts, classic for the style, with spicy and lemony noble hops. As the taste progresses, the hops advance a bit, leaving the malt to play supporting role to the hops. Finishes with a lingering, mild noble hop presence.

Mouth feel: Full and pleasant, with modest carbonation.

Drinkability/notes: A solid example of a style that is challenging to brew well.

Presentation: Packaged in a twelve-ounce brown glass long neck bottle with a pry-off crown, served in a New Belgium Brewing chalice.

Clear yellow color with a small head and thin lace.
aroma of lemon, hops, herbal notes and grassy notes.
taste was mild sweetness, herbal, citrus hints, grains, lemon and hops.
You find the nose follows to the flavor. there are some mild malt notes as well.
The feel was smooth with a light body and medium carbonation.
There was a nice creamy touch to the finish I really liked.

Pours a clear, pale, yellow color with a fluffy white head. Smell is cracker and lemon. Taste is citrus, lemon peel, cracker, and a hint of bitterness. Lighter body, flavor does linger a bit. A touch on the sweeter side.

Pured into glass from bottle. Light copper-yellow, very clear. Faint earthy hop aroma with a touch of citrus. Medium-light body. Good balance between malty sweetness and firm bitterness. Delicate toast malt note. Great lager for those who want more hop/malt-forward flavor, would recommend.

Another great beer from Left Hand. I'm not much of a pilsner drinker - they too often remind me of cheap beers at college parties. But Left Hand has managed to create a crisp, clean pilsner that drinks easily and doesn't overwhelm you. I don't find it to be as hoppy as others claim. If you like crisp pilsners, definitely try this one out.
