Eye: Cloudy dark yellow brown in appearance with a very small head with little to no lacing and poor head retention. Very poor appearance with this brew.
Nose: Tons of yeast and wheat aroma in this brew. Definitely has a ester/phenolic yeast profile, there are definitely banana and clove phenolics here. Reminds me of a Belgian or German yeast strain.
Tongue: Much of the flavor profile comes from the yeast. Reminds me of the yeast profile of a Witbier. Reminiscent of the coriander and other spices used in the Witbier. Again huge banana and clove tastes.
Mouthfeel and Drinkability: Medium bodied with appropriate levels of carbonation. Leaves the mouth with huge aftertaste of cloves. This beer goes down well, and is easy to drink. Even though this brew is classified on this site as an American pale wheat ale it is clearly not that. It is closer to a Witibier than that and I'd prefer Hoegaarden over this brew.

12 fl. oz. bottle, bought at Systembolaget. ABV is not mentioned on the label. Cloudy golden colour, big white head. Strong and very yeasty aroma, notes of baking yeast and bread dough. Also notes of over-ripe bananas, rotting fruits and cloves. Fresh mouthfeel, refreshing flavour with moderately fruity and spicy notes, but the finish is rather dull and bland.
