$2.79 for a 16oz can. 6.8% ABV, 10 ibu, brewed with "rocky mountainw ater, malted barley, rye, wheat, rolled oats, juniper berries, hops, yeast" Pours out to a brilliantly clear medium golden, forming a tall creamy white head with very good retention and lacing in part to it's brisk carbonation, ~3.25 carbs or so. Nose of saison yeast and thats about it. Pheols and esters, no hip nose, no malt character, no discernable juniper in the nose. Mouthfeel is prickly, lightly tart, medium bodied, finishing overall somewhat sweet for a saison. The flavor is a recap of the nose, just saison yeast character, no juniper noted, no malt character noted, no discernable bitterness. A little pepper and cardboard and alcohol in the finish.

I like what left hand does but this one doesn't do anything for me. I won't be finishing this one.

Best by 1/29/18. 16oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with nice clarity and transparency with bubbles racing upwards; eggshell white head that falls leaving great retention and and nice lacing. The aromas have hints of banana, pear and bubblegum. Sweet yeasts and malts are there. The flavors are clean, crisp and refreshing. More banana, pear and bubblegum. Some pineapple in the mix. Subtle hints of white grapes and green apples. Yeasts and malts do their thing. Finishes dry. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Mouthfeel is very nice. It's medium-bodied with active carbonation. It's very fluffy and slightly creamy. Smooth and easy drinking stuff.

This is a nice brew. I'm not getting a ton of juniper berries, but I think I'm picking them up in the finish. Either way, this is a really enjoyable brew. Once again, it's clean, crisp, refreshing and fun to drink. Well done. I really like it.

The beer pours beautifully into a Tank 7 tulip. Almost clear gold with a three finger fluffy white head. The body looks almost like honey. The head falls after a few minutes to a ring and a few rafts fed by copious microbubbles from the bottom of the glass. Visually stunning.

The smell is subdued. Juniper forward, but not overpoweing. Clean, crackery malt. Very faint herbal/floral hops and an ever so light hit if the funk. Typical Belgian spice/pepper, maybe a touch of banana sweetness.

The taste is equally laid back. Nothing gets in your face here. Surprisingly it is somewhat sweet. Juniper is well done and not at all heavy-handed. Clean, light malt that is crackery. The Belgian flavors are like an homage to the style. A little pepper that builds a bit, light hops as in the aroma, and an ever so mild bit of funk.

The beer is light on the tongue. The sweetness keeps it from being exremely dry. Maybe could use a but more carbonation. Minimal, if any, bitterness.

Overall, I really enjoy this beer. It is a nice drinker. It delivers what it says it will, nothing more and nothing less. Is it an outstanding saison? No, but it is a beer I want to drink more of. Recommended if you like gin. If you don't, you won't care for it. Not an overblown if some us good more us better concoction.

Pours a clear gold color. 3/4 inch head of a white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of sweet malt, yeast, sloe, hint of hop, slight ester, and a hint of herb. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a distinct dryness. Tastes of sweet malt, yeast, strong sloe, hint of hop, slight ester, and a hint of herb. Overall, good aroma, body, and blend. A strong herbal sharpness from the juniper is dominant.

Poured into a Left Hand Irish pint glass.

The beer is a glistening clear golden color with hypnotic, slowly rising bubbles into a white foamy cap. Lacing is watery, squiggly foam lines. The aroma is a blend of sweet barley, light yeast, and fragrant juniper berries. The taste starts out malty, with fresh wheat and malted barley anchoring the taste while light notes of dried grass, Belgian yeast, and thin juniper tartness hangs on in the background. The beer feels light and dry in the mouth. Overall, I think this is a fine saison probably better enjoyed in the warmer months, not late November but it’s dry and refreshing with an interesting use of the juniper berry.

Poured out a clear golden, amber color with a good deal of carbonation and a small, white head of foam. It smelled of pine and floral notes. Sharp pine/juniper flavor with yeastiness and light caramel notes.

Pours an effervescent gold with 3 fingers of pearl colored head. Average head retention & lacing

S: Peppery, yeasty, green banana once warm

T: Pear, white peppery, a little yeasty with just a little Juniper up front. Dryness mixes in with pear, a liitle white pepper, plus a little green banana peel once warm. Finishes crisp with dryness, pears & green banana peel

MF: Medium body, fairly firm carbonation

A good take on the style, abeit a little ceaner than expected

16 oz. Can
Best By: 01/29/2018

Poured into a chalice a pretty nice clean/clear dark golden yellowish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger white head, which also leaves some pretty nice creamy sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some juniper, wheaty, with some corinader, banana. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, with some coriander, banana, juniper, nice wheat note. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty nicely. Overall, this is a tasty brew. Surprised me.

Pretty good domestic cut on a Saison. Missing some barnyard/funk but has a lot going for it too. Pours a clear light gold color from a 12 oz can into a pint glass. Medium size bubbly white head with average retention and very little lacing. Aroma includes lots of Belgian yeast, a citrus Lemon) presence and some spiciness and tartness from the juniper. Taste is dominated by Belgian yeast and the juniper. Pretty good, but I still like some funkiness in my Saisons. Mouthfeel is impressive. Light, crisp, refreshing with some tartness/bitterness from the juniper. Unusual and worth a try.
