22 oz. Bomber
Pours a pretty nice yellowish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy/foamy white head, which leaves some sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with some nice citrus. The taste is hoppy, malty, citrusy, pine. Medium body. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Darker copper color with a wafer thin head of 1/6" and off white. Aroma was lacking hops and imparting caramel.
Taste has a bitterness jolt, then a floral/herbal component to the taste. Some pine like notions. Still plenty of crystal malt. Not boozy thankfully.
Decent beer, its main strength is its ability to not reveal its strength.

Poured from a massive, 650ml bottle into a spiegelau IPA glass.
Dark, hazy amber. A lot of suspended proteins. Large head recedes rapidly to a cap but leaves plenty of lacing. Negligible carbonation visible.
Resin, dank, some spice. Another west coast IPA with a sack load of Amarillo perchance? Some biscuit malts if you care to look for them.
Woodsy, dark, pine. Sweet malts. In abundance! Good, strong bitterness.
Thick body. Chewy. Alcohol is obvious.
This isn't a bad beer as such. But it seems entirely unnecessary. Overwhelming. Too much alcohol. Too much everything.

Poured from bomber into tulip glass a deep amber with a foamy vanilla head. Not a lot of obvious aroma except a hint of citrus tang. Taste is malty with a hoppy bite and a little grapefruit. You can sense the alcohol with some warmth in your chest and the mouthfeel is almost sticky with density. Finishes crisp enough, I think I want some more.

Poured it from a 22oz. bottle into a tulip glass. It came out hazy to a deep orange with just a bit of head at the top.
It is towards the end of the night, but i don't really get much of a smell. Slight citrus and pine,I also get a bit of sweetness, but bad nose.
The taste has slight malt and hops with a bitterness tinge to the tongue, and a slight piney after taste. Also, end of the night.
This is definitely a drinkable beer. Doesn't really taste like a double. It's not overly hopping or danky. It's clean. Feels session-able. also, end of the night.
Overall, In a sea of IPAs and DIPAs I would search for one that punches me in the gut and makes me take notice, but I would definitely think of this beer if I was hanging out with some who "doesn't like beer."
