Cask at Falling Rock Taphouse in Denver. Received in a pint glass. This was dry-hopped with Williamette and Cascade.
3.0 A: Lightly hazed medium orange color. One finger of mainly foamy head. Never had a cask beer that looks like this.
4.0 S: Clean and less yeasty than every other cask beer I've had. Dry hopping yields a big floweriness with citrus fruits and emphasizing orange and pineapple. Lightly bready.
4.0 T: Pleasant hoppiness is also found in the taste. Flowers, orange, and pineapple. Shockingly clean. Lightly bready and some caramel.
3.0 M: This doesn't feel like cask. Rather, it feels like a bottled beer that has been poured and sat too long. Not creamy, not chewy. Lighter medium body. "Normal" cask level carbonation. A bit too watery.
3.5 D: Good enough, but I feel like I missed the cask experience.

Small sample, on tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep golden colour, large head. Lovely hoppy and spicy aroma and flavour - an excellent beer, as far as I could tell. Will rerate as soon as I get a bigger sample (had to drive tonight).

Hops, tea and spice in the aroma while the appearance is yellow-gold. The taste is the rye up front with the hoppinesss behind it. Not really that different from the retired old APA Left Hand makes although the rye helps with the flavor some.

Dry and rather boring. Nothing special here.

Very watery for an ale; I'm surprised at the amount of hops that can come through such a thin-bodied beer. Even still, it falls flat in my opinion.
