Notes: This is the best known wheat beer from south Germany; its appearance is cloudy and yellow with an aroma of banana and clove. It is full of malt sweetness, a little hop bitterness, and containing just enough spice flavor to keep your lips smacking. If wheat beer is your preference, this is your beer.

I had this at the brewery and at Keagan's Irish pub. It was drinkable, but completely unremarkable. I had it on tap into a pint glass. The color was a pale yellow/copper, smell was very faint. Taste was unoffensive, but lacked any real character. The feel was ok, enough carbonation and all, but the best I can say is that this is drinkable. It doesn't offend, but it does not impress.

Poured a cloudy orange body with decent head and lace and had an aroma that has noticeable yeast and bubblegum sweetness but not much else. I enjoyed this beer so don't want to leave impression that it's a bad beer but strictly as a hefe I can't recommend it (comes across more like a pale wheat ale). The spices and citric notes (orange, lemon peel) are almost nonexistent and the beer is mostly a smooth, fluffy, beer with lots of yeast/wheat twang and has minor sweetness.
