Provisional Kölsch is a sessionable German-Style Kölsch Ale brewed with a touch of refreshing Adeena (ADHA-1940) hops. This crisp, flaxen sipper is a "year round adjacent" for us, as it's regularly brewed on our small scale pilot brewery.
Shining bright like the midday sun, Provisional Kölsch is an award-winning take on a traditional Bavarian style. Brewed like an ale, conditioned like a lager, and ready to be enjoyed again & again by beer lovers on both sides of the beer garden table.
