Awesome beer, really does taste and smell like those little Hostess blueberry muffins, although maybe not as intense on the taste. I think actually what hurts it in that aspect is the carbonation, there's just too much. If they made this as a wheat beer instead of a wild ale with less carb, I think it would blow my mind.

On tap at EBF multiple times.

This one pours a light yellow-ish color, with a small head and a bit of lacing.

Smells ridiculous- basically exactly like blueberry muffins, with a hint of acidity. It smells like muffins with particularly sour blueberries in them.

The taste is similarly amazing. The taste is more light blueberry sour with some muffin undertones, rather than the full insane muffin aroma. It's still delicious though, and it boggles my mind how they made it work. It's mildly acidic, nothing overwhelming.

This is light bodied, crisp and clean tasting, with a soft level of carbonation.

This beer is absolutely insane. Great Notion are clearly a bunch of wizards.

Well...as described, exactly. It is amazing how the aroma on this brew PERFECTLY matches that of a blueberry muffin. I was struggling with what style of beer it is, but wild/sour would make sense. Beyond the immaculate recreation of blueberry muffin aroma, the flavor is quite nice, lightly tart and moderately biscuity underneath. Well worth a try!

There's no two ways about it, it's exactly as advertised... A blueberry muffin (especially the nose) with a kick of sour. The sour/tart flavors start strong, but it's surprisingly mellow and doesn't really get you into a deep pucker.

Smells good, nice sweet taste and a clean finish that makes it really easy to drink; just a really fun beer, would be great for dessert!

Cloudy straw appearance with white head that dedicates quickly. Aroma is a very strong blueberry. Taste is not as strong as the aroma would suggest. Very pleasant blueberry taste that is a little more suttle.

The body is a uniform opaque hue of pale dark red-amber with a thin, persistent soft ring remaining after an off-white foam quickly recedes.

Wow, this really does smell like a packaged blueberry muffin, complete with the streusel topping. I've had very few beers that are actually able to achieve the sort of blueberry most of us are used to in our American pastry products. It makes me wonder a little about natural ingredients, in this case.

Taste is a very nice, tart and sweet blueberry! Malt backs with a sweet, biscuity muffin, and behind that there's a little sticky funk, but not much.

Light and frothy finishing sticky and dry.

At GN. Pours a opaque light pink to grapefruit juice like. Minimal head. Nose is of fresh baked muffins with a hint of greek yogurt. Taste is amazing. First this is a sour but it is not in your face sourness. More of a subdued yet present sourness to it. Second in most sours fruit reigns supreme but in this one I’m noticing a whole lot of muffin like maltyness to it that is cut by mellow blueberries as well as tart berries. Very pleasant to drink and it won’t give you acid reflux to boot! Medium body with a semi dry finish. A very enjoyable sour that I could consumed in large quantities and not tire from.
