On tap at the brewery. A slightly hazy golden golden color with a medium sized white head. Big pine on the nose. Some blueberry and resin. The taste was classic West Coast IPA with a clean bitterness and crisp piney notes. The Mosaic brought some fruityness and some faint citrus. Dry finishing and awesome.

The pour impresses, not just with its appearance but the constant cascade of bubbles I can see in the glass. Aroma is bursting with hoppy goodness. Mosaic, citra, & simcoe unite for a refreshing burst of juicy melon and Meyer lemon. Yum.
