Around medium body with about the same for carbonation.
Aroma is citrus peel, seed, and some fruit.yeasty doughy bread, sweet malt and a touch of honey.
Taste is mildly sweet with mild citrus peel bitterness that balances out the sweetness. Theres a citrus oil taste and feel that shows up and lingers.
Overall it is a really pleasing flavorful beer that is easy to get down. Could easily have a few of these in a row and would go great with food.

Clear gold liquid with a bright white and fairly fluffy head. The nose is citrus, but the flavor is restrained, more citrus peel than citrus fruit. Also felt there was a miss with the attempt at a German-style pilsner, as the pilsner malt punch and finish were sustained, but bland and far less than flavorful. Almost played like a glorified seltzer.

a: super clear with a color combination of gold and straw yellow. 3 finger frothy, soap off-white head

s: lemongrass, grass, grains, earthy noble hops up front. light caramel and a peppery sharp crisp lager spice note. bready malty backbone with a hint of floral grasses

t: sweet grains and that lager spice upfront. lemongrass and bitter earthy tea leaf hops behind that. grass and hay, followed by a hint of sweet lemon zest. bready doughy malts provide some backbone here

m:medium mouthfeel with pretty significant carbonation, which makes it feel pretty full in the mouth for a Pilsner

o: a pretty fair example of the style. there's a little more body in here, but its crisp and has a nice earthy bitterness to it, which i'm a fan of

Pours pretty cloudy for a pils. A little too much lemon and fizz up front and not enough malt. Gets a little better as it goes. Not bad.
