Notes:
Wibby Brewing crafts American influenced, German style lagers in Longmont, CO. Using traditional German brewing methods, Wibby Brewing's craft lagers are brewed with malted German barley and American hops. These brews are then cold fermented with genuine lager yeast. The tasteful result of this combination is a collection of unique American lagers that few breweries in the craft beer community have chosen to explore.

Dog friendly!

Very large tap room in an industrial park area, maybe 3 minutes down the road from Left Hand. I stopped by on a Monday night and they were packed to the gills, almost entirely with locals who were doing a trivia night.

The vibe is like a recently built brewery: ersatz industrial interior, track lighting, lots of shiny metal. The bar is elevated away from the main drinking area (they allow you to order food from other places), and very large TVs play sports at a soft volume. Not exactly the coziest vibe but the friendliness of the staff and locals more than make up for it.

The beer is quite well made. I've come to the conclusion that I don't like IPLs--the sharpness of the finish contrast with the hoppy start in a way that I just do not find appealing. But the ones here are at least on a par with Jack's Abby's offerings, which is saying something. The more traditional lagers are more to my tastes and they are done about as well as any other lagers you're going to find in the US.

i made it in here on saint patricks day, and they were positively packed, but it was nice to finally get a sense of this place after enjoying their beers for awhile now around town. the space is big and new, but rather generic, nothing really setting it apart from anywhere else except maybe the size and the bar layout in the corner there. they have a ton of outside space though in a not too busy area which is nice, and plenty of inside seating as well, a food truck out front, dogs running around, its a good scene. i have liked the common wibby lager offerings, but got into some more interesting stuff here, including a witbier and a version of their dunkel spiked with ozo coffee, both were exceptional. i did not venture to try their green beer, but it sure was green! its nice to see that a place like this can thrive here in a market already saturated with good beers, and the mellow, care free sort of vibes are contagious here. service was overwhelmed with the large holiday crowd, so they get a pass for being a little short and slow, they handled it pretty efficiently actually given the demand at the bar. ill come back on a more mellow day. sitting outside with a cold pint here is a great experience, im sure they will crush it this summer!

This is definitely worth a stop, located in Longmont, very close to Boulder. They do all lagers, which is unusual. I am usually a hop-oriented ale person, so I was pleased to taste the IPL, and especially the "Equal Hops APL", which was nice and malty - hoppy, but not bitter. They may have food trucks - not sure. Nice beers!

Very friendly brewery in Longmont. Only lager style beers available, but that shouldn't bother you. Everything I tried (4) was well made and tasty. Staff was super friendly. Nice building and interior. Will visit anytime I am in the area.

Stopped in here on an early Sunday afternoon while heading back to Denver.

Converted warehouse just a few blocks from the old town, nice and open, clean, and pretty simple looking. There was nobody else here when we arrived since they had just opened.

Quality was excellent. I had a sample tray of 4 of their lagers, all were very good, with the standout being the Double Dunkel. Selection was about 10 different lagers.

Service was fantastic. One of the co-owners was the only one working, and he took about 5-10 minutes of his time to greet us, chat, and welcome us to his place. Super cool.

I'd come back here any time, in fact, I did a few weeks later when I had family visiting.
