Tasted in a snifter from draft at More Brewing co. on December 14, 2018. Brewed with Simcoe, Amarillo, Columbus and Mosaic hops. Nothing special in my opinion.

On tap at Casa.

Look: slightly darker version of Rough and Tumble.

Smell: lots of tropical, but a bit more substantial than R&T.

Taste: likewise, this is dominated by tropical fruit, but with a fair amount of bitterness and complexity. Vanilla, cedar, lemon, orange, mango all come through.

Feel: medium body, smooth.

Overall: not on the level of Trillium/Maine—or even a number of non-hazy non-hyped CA IPAs—but still very good and enjoyable.

Pours a beautifully hazy yellow gold with a nice white head that leaves good lacing. Aromas and flavors dance out of the glass: peach, apricot, pineapple, grapefruit, wheat, and hints of other citrus and stone fruits. A dry but not bitter finish follows the soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Overall, another knockout IPA from Casa Agria, who seem to have nailed the New England style down as well as Monkish and Bottle Logic (as far as the west coasters go).
