On tap at Suarez.
This baby was gorgeous in the late afternoon light coming in through the window at Suarez. Huge billowy cloud head. Ridiculous ripe fruit aroma. Tasted like heaven. My god. What a good beer.

Staggered into the brewery from a day of fishing and hiking looking like an absolute bum compared to the rest of the clean, well-dressed crowd. I'm sure my fatigue and thirst added to the overall positive experience with this brew because it totally nailed the definition of crisp and delicious.
Cloudy but vibrant orange-gold hue with a fine cap of head resting slightly above the 10oz glass.
Aroma of citrus by way of tangerine and lemon zest, followed by a toasted malt and a slightly floral hop aroma.
Taste is more orange and citrus followed by light mango. Grainy and malty finish that ends with a crisp pop.
Light and refreshing but fairly big on taste; soft flavors carried by a perfectly carbonated body. Fruit-forward but not acidic of overbearing. The glass went quick, and so did the growler.

The beers they pour at this brewery are beautiful. They put a fine effort into presentation. 25cl pour into a Willi Becher.
Bit hazed golden straw with a thick billowy pillow of white foam. Foam rises a good 1/2 inch above the glass but does not drip. Lacing clings as the glass is emptied.
Fine blend of bready malt, sweet fruit hop, and lemon citrus.
Flavors are clean, refreshing, and delicate. Melon fruit, doughy bread, hint of yeast and lemon zest.
Crisp and soft, moderate carbonation and lighter side of medium body.
Fine, delicate, refreshing, and clean all around brew.

Pours a foggy orange with a finger of white foam. Poured tight. Aroma is biscuity, wheaty, bready, earthy malts with a little herbal, floral hops for balance. Flavor profile has a little watery undertone, with wheat, lemon, grassy, earthy hops and earthy, bready malts behind. Mouth feel is a touch watery with a very frail graininess throughout. Effervescence is soft. It has a medium-thin consistency. Overall, light and tight, with a watery consistency making it drink even lighter.

On tap at the source. Bright and hazy orange color, sizable head that stuck to the sides of the glass leaving thick lacing. A nice citrusy smell with a little faint grass. More grassy forward taste but definitely detected a bit more sour citrus fruit flavors. More potent carbonation here but was still a smooth finish.
Had sips of a few others they had on tap (Homespun and Smiling Season)...those were delicious as well.

This pours a hazy golden sunshine color with a soapy off-white head. Orange and grapefruit citrus aromas that border on dank, along with a malted grain note. I believe this is the first citrus encounter I’ve had with Suarez, which is very exciting!
The taste is wholly citrus up front, with the orange and grapefruit flavors providing a very flavorful foundation for the malted wheat to truly shine. Wow.
The mouthfeel is fairly dry, lending credence to the crushability of this pale wheat ale.
