Hazy pale yellow with three fingers of off-white head. Thick lacing.
Dry, woody aroma with a hint of lemon.
Similar taste, although with stronger lemon flavor that makes it less dry. Light funk and wood keep it interesting.
Soft feel with very tight carbonation.
A lovely, delicate beer with a nice balance to it.

750 ml bottle.
Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a large fluffy white head. Moderate head retention. Leaves some spotty lacing.
Lots of citrus on the aroma, with some green apples, leather, grass, funk and damp oak. There's a hint of sweet honey and vanilla.
The flavor brings a lot of white wine vinegar, lemon zest, apricot, green apple, wheat, hay and grass and light oak with a hint of vanilla. Subtly spicy.
The feel is light bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, yet fluffy with a dry finish.
Overall, this is a great farmhouse ale. It's subtly tart and funky yet fruity and rustic. Not their best, but still very well done.

Poured from a bottle (Feb2020) into a Belgian glass
L: little bit of a gusher, nothing crazy. Light yellow gold, slightly turbid. Rich white head, quite thick thickness, with medium white lacing
S: very light, citrusy farmhouse nose. Tart, some mild funk, lots of lemon (zest, flesh), herbal/floral
T: like the nose, a clean American farmhouse flavor led by that lemon zest/lemon flesh flavor. Tart, slightly peppery, some flour. Medium finish
F: light, thin body, medium/high carbonation, elevated acidity
O: clean and simple farmhouse, lemon flavor leads. Refreshing and drinkable, great Sunday evening beer

Crystal clear, straw colored.
Funky and rustic aroma, with Belgian bubblegum yeast notes, hay, leather, light vinegar and citrus.
Sharply funky on the palate, leaning toward sour tones, along with a noticeable earthy, pungent, cheese-like funk. Oak, tannins, lemon, honey, dirt.
Very lively and crisp.

Pours a clear straw color with a one inch white head that left spotty lacing. Smells of citrus fruits, oak and funk. Tastes of mildly tart lemon, wheat, white grapes, oak, a bit of vanilla, a bit of pepper and some funk/must. Light bodied, well carbonated, mildly dry and tart finish. Clean and crisp.
