Notes: Our Country Ale beer aged on real, whole ass peaches for a good long while. This ones got no bacteria, so it's got a great frothy texture with a brioche-like depth.

Poured from a bottle (2019 harvest year, bottled Jan2020) into a Belgian glass

L: clear, golden yellow with a fluffy white white head and matching quite beautiful lacing. Effervescent, small bubbles

S: great saison nose with a nice farm stand peach aroma. Not in your face fruit but it’s there, asserting itself beautifully

T: nice, fresh peach taste right off the bat that lingers for a while. Eventually moves to a flour/dough flavor into the long, drying finish. Peach flavor is great, not outstanding but the farmhouse taste and finish are remarkably good

F: light body, medium/high carbonation, nicely drying

O: fantastic fruited saison from Suarez, falls short of some of my favorite peach brews (FFG, Floodland) but outstanding regardless and probably my #3 haha

great dry slightly funky and grassy flavors, lemon, mellow lactic yogurt, clean bready flavors, tart peach, peach skin, fleshy hits and a mellow sweetness reminiscent of peach rings. just the right amount of tart, funky, and fruity flavors to create a wonderfully rounded and complex beer. perfect amount of carbonation and light-medium mouthfeel to compliment the zippy palate

500ml bottle, Harvest 2017. Wine glass. Cloudy golden body, with a light orange hue. One finger white head, fair retention, no lacing. Smell is peach fuzz, oak, stonefruit tartness, mild lactic acidity, peach flesh, oak. Flavour is like biting into a peach, wow. Mildly tart stonefruit flesh, a bit of fuzzy peach skin tartness, light lemon and leather, touch of oak. Super nice, fairly peach-forward saison. Mouthfeel is medium lighter bodied, good carbonation. Refreshing. Easy on the backend, a bit of nice peach candy sweetness mixed with fuzzy tartness. Not too sour, lots of fruit flesh packed into a well-crafted base saison. An absolutely delicious fruited saison!

CHURCH! This one is truly like drinking a peach on a summer day. Light and spritzy, with a soft yet very present peach flavor thruout. No off flavors, mouthwatering delivery of peach. So much yet so delicately delivered.

Poured from 500 ml bottle dated 10/2016. Huge thanks to @cavedave for sending it my way!

A: Slightly cloudy golden yellow with one finger white head that settles fairly quickly to a thin cap. Little to no lacing.

S: Fresh peaches, saison yeast, and hints of black pepper and spices. Lemon zest and cracker malts. Nothing overpowering but all of the components complementing each other.

T: Tons of peach with just the right balance between sweet and tart. Perfect blend of spicy notes and pepper.

M: Medium to light body with subtle but prickly carbonation. Very clean finish. Extremely refreshing.

O: No question this is a top 5 saison for me. So simple but yet so complex and well balanced. Recommended for sure!

Pours a hazy, bright golden color with a finger of bubbly white head. The head is gone instantly, settling into a halo around the top of the beer. Leaves very little in the way of lacing. Beautiful color though.

The aroma brings huge notes of peaches, lemon zest, and spicy yeast. The back end is lightly sweet, with notes of freshly baked bread and a hint of bananas.

The flavor starts off with some sweet dough, then comes a huge wave of peaches that lasts all the way to the finish; starting off subtly tart, then finishing juicy and sweet.

The feel is medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and smooth, with the flavors sticking gently to the tongue before disappearing. Not as crisp or refreshing as I expect the style to be, but still highly drinkable.

Overall, this is one fantastic saison. It comes exactly as advertised, leaving your mouth coated in beautiful peach flavors. It's faintly tart, subtly sweet, and incredibly well-balanced. Will absolutely be drinking this one again.

It pours a cloudy gold with a finger of foam that lasts, finally settling to a thick ring. Good looking as saison's can get. Nice.

Smell is med. strength, fronted by spicy saison yeast, full of earthy pepper and light cloves, that matches perfectly with fresh peach. Crisp crackery light sweet notes accompany quite caressingly. A pleasurable perfume..

Wow what an amazing beer. It is simple in the best way possible. Those flavors of the aroma are in full charge here, perfectly balanced, clean as a whistle, bright, and absolutely delicious. As it warms it becomes nectar of the gods. Huge quantities of peaches must have been used to accomplish this great a peach flavor. Outstanding.

Mouthfeel is just right also. It is light/med. bodied, and leaves a nice fruity linger, with low carb., but it is as refreshing as you could hope a saison to be. The finish isn't sharp or sweetarty in the least, it has just enough of the earthy pepper to finish a touch dry, and this suits it well.

This beer is hitting me in all the right ways. Highly recommended.
