Notes: Brewed with a healthy amount of foraged staghorn sumac last July, we also added a pinch of tangerine marigold grown by Letterbox Farm Collective. This one has a very unique palate, exhibiting notes of grape skin, orange oil, raspberry, and cool.

750ml capped bottle, 7/18 batch. Stemmed glass. Cloudy medium golden body, one and half finger white head, good retention, a good bit of lacing. Smell is leafy, slightly spicy herb, lemon, citrus and orange, touch of bretty leather, light grainy biscuit, mildly tart acetic acid. Flavour is a lemon, touch of biscuit, citrus, light earthy leather, mild acidity, a touch of white vinous character also. Nice complexity. Mouthfeel is medium bodied yet slightly dry and crisp, refreshing and a nice drinking saison that doesn't go down too fast or slow.

wow, in the hazy crazy it is nice to see a super bright clear beer, Saison are not a style I seek out but this is amazing. Clean and crisp the light grape musk funk is nice background

Absolutely phenomenal Saison with tastes of tangerine and sumac. Very well balanced - one of the best Saisons Ove ever had. This brewery is amazing. Special ambiance and super nice staff! Great music as well.

On tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy orange with a big fluffy head. Smells of lemon acidity, orange, floral notes, and white wine. Tastes of golden malt sweetness, lemon tartness quickly cuts it, flowers, which I guess is the marigolds. Grainy before a wine-like finish. Medium body. Strong carbonation. Very much like a particular brewer in Vermont might make this beer, which is not to take away from its originality, only to compliment its quality.

This one pours a clear bright orange-ish color, with a small head and lots of lacing.

This smells pretty lemony, and brightly funky, with grape skin, light grass, etc.

This is another incredible beer from Suarez. It's very bright and wonderfully tart, with a lemon and grassy (lemongrass) funk. It's nicely tart, and lingers softly on the palate. It's so drinkable and rustic, I'm a fan for sure.

This one is light bodied, and really crisp, with a clean slightly lingering tartness.

I'm a very big fan of this. Suarez continues to do no wrong for me.
