Exquisite body. Crisp & clean. Some white tea. Oaky vanilla on the finish. Maybe a hint of juniper. Beautiful beer. Everything you want in an American saison.

Hazy sunshine color with a white head, the nose is consumed by the tart aromas that leap from the bottle and include the obligatory funky Brett and fruits that include peaches, apples, and apricots.
The Brett is the conductor on the taste, keeping the fruity flavors in line, but the caboose is directed by the oak flavors. How so much flavor is packed into a beer at 4.3% ABV is beyond me. This is truly magnificent.

Amazing stuff. First half of the bottle pours a crystal clear golden straw color, second half brings the haze.
Nose is that of your typical mix-ferment saison but with an overlay of like pie crust or sugar cookies. Unreal. I want a candle that smells like this.
Taste is lightly tart, green apple, apricot, peach, orange, and grapefruit are most prominent, some vanilla in there too. Kind of like a petit kouign with apricot filling. Truly amazing shit.
Mouthfeel is light, nimble, and sprightly. Has that signature - but ineffable - suarez feel.
One of the best beers I've ever had. Delicate, nuanced, and insanely delicious.

500 ml bottle, dated January, 2017. Bought from the brewery, in cellar since.
bright clear yellow golden, bone-white head. great head retention and lacing. aroma is tart and fruity - lemon, ripe peach, grassy. mildly funky. taste starts sharp, but taste mellows and dry aftertaste. great balance. medium bodied, soft feel but yet bright carbonation.
overall - this is not normally a style of beer I like but this is very good.

Refreshing yet dry, light yet bold, herbaceous and fruity, 4 out of 10 on a tartness scale, and tickling carbonation. Torn since I want to drink the entire bottle myself whilst needing to share in the bounty of this effort, cheers!
