Notes:
Kinda Classic is a hoppy Belgian-inspired refresher ripe with fermentation character. We fermented this beer hot with a single strain of expressive yeast, and cold conditioned for a short spell. This one crackles on the palate with notes of black pepper, sweet floral chamomile perfume, lemon pie filling, oily earl grey tea/bergamot, spring time forest, clean pils malts and other bright things sure to please. So refreshing and so complex. Please do not cellar.

Bottle from the source. 4/22
Clear light yellow with a dense, white head with great retention and lacing. The nose is a blend of cracker clean crisp grain, a firm hoppy character with mint, earth and dust, a gorgeous yeast character with soft , fruity esters, moderate spice. The palate opens clean and crisp, bone dry, with straw, clean water cracker, a light grist note and a great fermentation profile. Delicately spicy and earthy, with dried fruit, a little clove and pepper. Drying, crisp, finish, this is snappy and refreshing.

16.9 oz bottle.
Pours a cloudy pale gold color with a sudsy white head. Moderate retention. Leaves some sticky cobweb lacing.
Light aromas of herbal tea and brett funk, as well as pear, clove, and spicy hops.
The flavor has a good amount of clove, lemon, honey, fresh pear and apricot with some earthy brett and cracked pepper spice. Herbal and hoppy finish.
The feel is light bodied with good, prickly carbonation. Crisp with a bone dry finish.
Overall, this is a good farmhouse ale that's both complex and extremely drinkable. It's earthy and funky with plenty of fruity flavor as well.

Bottle from the brewery in Livingston NY. Pours a clear straw yellow gold with two fingers of rocky white head that sticks around, nice lacing, smell is yeasty herbal/minty tea, caramel, floral grassy funk, taste is doughy wheat bread, herbaceous and floral hops, hints of chamomile tea, caramel, and honey, nice bitter finish, feel is light to medium bodied, minimal carbonation, semi dry finish. A funky bitter hop tea.

500 mL bottle. Cloudy yellow. Big white head. Fluffy retention. Smells of brett, clove yeastiness, and earthy hops. Tastes of hops up front, light doughy malt, florals, light clove yeastiness, and a hefty brett presence. Extremely dry. High carbonation. It's delicious, but it's just a bit too carbonated and too dry, though I guess that's the point. But still excellent.

Canary gold with some haze. Sparkling soapy kinda head. Rocky formation, seemingly everlasting. Stalky green aroma, fresh cut sunflower, lemon pepper spice, lots of citrus. Peppery, chewy lemon doughiness, slight esters, floral bergamot, chamomile/cardamom white peach tea. Soft body but high carbonation and crispy; clean and complex.

A- A deep golden yellow body poured from the tap to a wine style glass. Fuzzy foamy white cap to about two inches with infinite retention. Wide and thick patches of lace here and there.
S- Bright with Belgian yeast dominant. Pepper, herbal tea, coriander, belgian yeast spice, lemon zest, slight esters, pear and base Belgian grain. Clean and to the point.
T- Dry profile with Saison yeast all over the flavor profile. Packs a lot of flavor for a somewhat low ABV. Peppercorns, pear, lemon zest, vanilla sweets, pale cracked barley dust, slight banana, whole grains, bread and cooking herbs. Minimal sweets.
MF- Light bodied with a fluffy and crisp texture. High level of carbonation and an herbal bitter finish.
Low ABV and bursting with Saison yeast flavors. Clean, spicy, herbal and slightly fruity. Gimme a kegerator full.

A lightly cloudy gold topped by three fingers of white foam looks like a jewel in the glass. Head kicks back pretty quickly, nice cap lasts for the ride.
Med. strength aroma features lemon-limey funk and overripe citrus, nice rounded yeasty tart, with sourdough, hay, and barnyard aromas checking in as well. All the flavors are balanced, and make it truly delightful to inhale. As it warms spice and floral fragrances emerge.
Wow it's a full flavored presentation of the aroma,, with spice revealed as peppery that assumes a more prominent role in the taste. Bright, clean flavor crests, keeping its wonderful balance even with more potent peppery note, with this spice and overripe fruit funk closing the sip.
Super light bodied, low carb. very refreshing, clean as a whistle flavor presentation, and a finish that is a linger of beauty and excellence that doesn't build on palate.
What can I say except get this if you see it, highest recommendation.
