Notes: DOMAIN 6: this blend consists of Qualify pils inoculated with fun cultures and aged in oak for 1.5 year, blended with 1.5 yr. oak aged Kinda Classic. We then aged these blended beers on top of the plum pomace from our 2018 harvest batch of Parlance: Oblinaya, contributing tons of ghost-notes of fruity nuance and complexity. Tasting notes include peach rings, peaches in syrup, traditional lambic, spree, stony minerals with some clay, sour orange, cellar. It’s a very special offering that we are ecstatic to offer!

This is a wild sounding blend, so I'm excited for it.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like stone fruit, oak, light white wine, a hint of plum, and some dusty funk.

This worked really well. The second-use plum added some funk and light jamminess, but not a whole lot of typical plum flavors. There's some fantastic stone fruit and citrus juicy funk, along with some definite oak, and tons of wine. It's very delicate, and very delicious.

This is light bodied, crisp, and fairly clean, with not a ton of acidity. It's very drinkable.

I eagerly await every new entry to this series. This is a worthy choice.
