A-a bright golden color with three fingers worth of rocky head

S-pale malt, spices, light summer fruits, and yeast

T-similar to the smell, bready malts, spices, lemon, light fruit sweetness, white pepper, and light floral hops

M-medium body, prickly carbonation, dry finish

Overall a really nice collaboration, incredibly drinkable, really well done

Didn't like this upon first trying it, but bottled it's grown on me. Not a fan, but no longer have an aversion to it.

Poured into wheat style beer glass from Rydel.
Initally a soft spice that moves to fruit and then heavier clove and pepper and then settles into a generic yeast character with blending of the previously noted notes. Good overall.
Huge head and mostly clear until poured the lees. Golden.
Smooth with the streak of alcohol noted. Nice clean malt and then the year flavors show and add complexity. Still remains light and dangerous in that. Dries out nicely, but not excessively. Some nice fruit flavors, but also spice and the clean graininess.
Maybe a touch heavy.us way).
I wouldn't expect anything less than this good from Ommegang.

Had with a plate of delicious cheeses and the beer definitely enhanced he cheese and the cheese helped balance the beer. You get that amazing ommegang fruity estery yeast character. Drinks like a sweeter tripel... But the sweetness really hides the alcohol well. Really nice. I enjoyed

appearance: slightly hazy pale gold. nice size small bubble head on the pour that recess to a thin lingering layer.
smell: Pleasant, subdued spice and yeast, with a nice candy sweetness. Not mind blowing but very nice.
taste: Drier than the nose, thought otherwise much like it.
mouthfeel: full and quite carbonated.
overall: another nice Ommegang.
