Light, crisp, citrus. Great beer that's lends itself to multiple cans over multiple hours...the definition of a "session" beer, if you ask me. Yellow gold pour with good clarity. One finger-notch head of white foam. Aroma is grapefruit, orange peel and crackery malt. Taste is right there will a light acidic and spicy bite from the new hops. Crisp throughout and perfectly carbonated. Excellent drinker.

Tall can...w/o any dating information to be had.

Pours lighter amber, light haze, delicate and tiny bubble eggshell head, leaves coating low sheeting and plenty of fine lacing all up and down the glass

Fruity and resiny hop nose

Easy drinking sessioner, with light resin, some citrus....tasty ale in a can...gotta love it

Poured from updated 16 oz can.

A: Straw yellow with 2 finger white head. Decent retention and moderate lacing.

S: Light citrus with grapefruit and lemon combined with cracker malts. A touch of floral hops hanging around in the back.

T: Grapefruit, lemon, and melon. Light cracker malts.

M: Light body with a clean crisp finish. Crushable and would be welcome on a hot summer day.

O: Excellent pale ale. Easy drinking and refreshing.

Pale gold, good lacing. A bit lighter in the palate than I prefer, but it's delicious and since the alcohol content is relatively low, this problem solves itself. Very floral. I don't taste the bubble gum the reviewer below did, but I agree on all other points. It's 90 degrees and humid in New York City today and I couldn't have chosen better. The right mix of hops and fruit, and being a little light on the palate makes it a little more refreshing on a day like this.

On tap at the Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.

This one pours a light amber color, completely clear, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

Not sure what this is hopped with- it's reminiscent of maybe Amarillo, some Simcoe and Cascade? There's lots of slightly fruity grassiness, orange peel, clean crackery malt, and some grapefruit.

This tastes so fresh and so clean. It's got such a clean and friendly bitterness, grassy and floral, with some pine, and a bit of grapefruit and peach. Everything is in appropriate amounts, and not too domineering. This is great.

This is light bodied, super crisp and clean in the mouthfeel, with a good level of carbonation.

First beer from Chief's new outfit here- this is great.
