A true American pilsner. The light body and subtle malty undertones make this beer perfect for a day of relaxation.

Initial impression from a bottle:
C+ / ABOVE AVERAGE
***
03/09/18 2nd impression from another bottle:
Drinks grainy yet crisp and clean, hitting on 2-row malted barley/pale malt and finishing slightly dry. Hop profile is grassy and floral albeit somewhat imperceptible.
Stupidly drinkable. Would make a terrific Summer lawnmower beer and I could see myself draining glasses of it over pizza or wings with friends. Reviewing strictly to style, I think it's very well executed fare with nice depth of flavour. Has a bit more body than many examples of the style, sticking to an assertive mouthfeel instead of playing it thin and watery. Not only a solid lager I'd revisit, but one hell of a refreshing beer.

I had this on tap. An absolute must summer beer-very refreshing. Best served very cold.
Taste is crisp and refreshing. Slight sweet/tart finish. Floral up front.

Poured into a tumbler glass.
You know that old joke about piss-colored beer? Well this beer can only be described as a cloudy urine pale yellow. The head, if you can call it that is not even foamy out of the can but rather an assortment of large bubbles, and it all disappears immediately. Probably one of the ugliest looking beers I've ever seen.
The aroma isn't much better as a sour grape note comes out underneath two things: beery alcohol and super-sweet cereal grains. It's weird noting that this beer sort of smells like beer, but I'm talking about classic cheap adjunct beer.
The taste follows the aroma. Sadly. Sweet soggy cereal with an balancing white grape, almost champagne taste.
The mouthfeel is just like water with a carbonated kick.
Overall, simply awful.
