First brewed for a friends wedding beer and the response was so positive we had to make it again. We blended two wine barrels of mixed culture spelt saison onto apricot puree and whole Minnesota grown apricots grown at Hoch Orchard. We let the blend deferment for two months before bottling. Enjoy this delightful tart, refreshing ale during a sunny day weeding the garden
