What a tasty treat as a very light (as in not so sweet) dessert beer this turned out to be. Pours out black with a dark tan head, and the smell is liquid peanut butter. Mouthfeel was lightly creamy and the taste was roasty and malty and not overly sweet. Overall, one of their better ones…

Aroma is peanuts/peanut butter, dark malts and a hint of spices. The flavor is dark malts, chocolate, fruit and a mildly sweet/acidic/slightly creeping spicy finish.

On a nitro tap at the brewery.
Arrives pitch black with a creamy, long-lasting, dark tan head.. No lace, oddly.
Smell is peanut butter, chocolate, heavily roasted malts, a touch of vanilla. Very well balanced.
Taste is a copy of the smell. Love when that happens.
Body is a bit light, not even reaching medium, really. Smooth & delicious.
