Fairly clear, yellow straw with a huge white head. Good retention, likes to lace.

Hoppy aroma of floral, citrus and tropical fruit.

Intense grapefruit rind in the flavour, with underlying dried papaya, tangerine and lemon grass. Restrained bitterness.

Light to moderate mouthfeel is certainly leaning towards an ISA.

Thanks VincentGD01

Poured into a ballon glass

Bottle date: 15/02/2017

A- Light 1/2 inch head wich erase fastly. Pretty opaque color wich is pretty yellow/white

S- Citrus

T- Citrus confirmed and citrus fruit.

M- Really nice feeling pretty fuzzy and gasify. A liittle taste of hay. Everything stump pretty fast overall.

O- Nice but the retro-olfaction peak is decreasing pretty fast. It's a nice beer with a cool mouthfeel with a nice punch but a little bit over rated for this style.

Bottle within freshness window, about 4 weeks old.
Cloudy straw colour with an average white head which fades to substantial ring and lacing. A pleasant juicy tropical aroma emanate from the head. Sweet lychee, red grapefruit, papaya, passion fruit and citrus flavours. Mild/moderate hop bitterness. Nice medium body giving expected mouthfeel. Lingering bitterness. Overall a great IPA. I can see why it has gained a fan club. Would enjoy trying it's big brother, Super AAA.

lightly hazy light amber with a decently thick creamy white head. Nose is a brilliant melange of super sweet tangerines, coupled with peaches, pineapple, mango, melon, strawberries, and a super fruit forward complexity. Taste has a light initial graininess, but quickly turns to lemon, rind, hints of grapefruit, with a moderate bitterness and fairly lengthy bitter linger. Body is fairly light with just sufficient carbonation, perhaps needing bit more bottle conditioning time. Very solid.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of intense grassy and green hoppy notes with some citrusy notes with load of floral undertones. Taste is an intense mix of grassy and green hoppy notes with some citrusy notes and some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Solid IPA and up there with some of the Vermont IPAs that I have tasted.

Fresh bottle, put aside from me at Peluso as a surprise. Very decent IPA, crushable, though I have had a lot better. Lace, head, some hop aroma. Well balanced.

500ml bottle poured into tulip 10/5/16 thanks to mathieuc for the bottle via CANBIF

A slight haze in a bright yellow body, some tiny bubbles throughout feeding well sustained two finger foam that slowly falls to thin film leaving a couple partial rings

S big tropical nose, passion fruit, lychee juice, mango, pineapple, some lemon, maybe a little catty, floral notes, a hint of spruce and hard toffee but for the most part its a complete hop runaway, smells awesome!!

T lemon peel, vitamin C chewables come out heavy, still juicy but not the tropical flesh on the nose, some grains try to shine through all the hops but its pretty much all green stuff and that's fine with me

M light bodied, a nice bitter snap, bubbles soften it up, finishes dry with lemon lingering, no complaints here

O this stuffs just great, just smashable liquid and my bottles almost gone at this point, no areas any less then great

I've heard this brewery had some hype behind it and from what I gather from my first impression its probably well deserved. Great IPA and at just over 5% I could drink this stuff all day long, I can't wait to try their DIPA I have chilling in the fridge, thanks again mathieuc!!

Appearance - This beer pours a very hazy golden color with 2 fingers of foamy white head that once faded leaves a ring around the outside. Carbonation seems quite lively.

Aroma - Citrus bomb at first, Grapefruit, orange peel, passion fruit, mango its all there. this is followed closely by a dank earthyness, which in turn is followed by a pine sap aroma. peach and a pale bready malt,

Taste - Again Grapefruit, passionfruit, orangepeel and mango hit your tongue followed by almost a mossy earthy hop and then resiny pine. peach follows and some fresh white bread. Bitterness in fairly strong throught.

Feel - Medium bodied and velvety. Moderate bitterness.

Overall - This is definitely one of my favorite IPA's to date and I almost regret buying it as I will be hunting it down everytime its available in the future. There is so much flavor and they compound one on top of the other so perfectly. and all this in a 5.2 percent beer. Wow. I officially understand auval hype!

Slightly hazy dark straw/gold color with a very thick cloud of activity. Thick creamy and frothy beige 2 finger head, lasting more than 20 minutes, and creating very strong legs. Flavors of fresh hops, citrus, orange, pineapples, lemon, spruce tar, and flowery. Balanced sugary feel and very sharp with a nice bitterness. Slick medium body with the perfect amount of crispy carbonation. Medium to strong finish of long length, ending with a grassy and citrus feel, and a fresh woody smoky piney feel. Overall an outstanding craft: incredibly delicious and very fresh. Pleasant to drink and accessible, yet quite complex. Well balanced and intensified. One on the best IPA I've ever tasted. Highly recommended.

Bottled Sept, 4, 2015, best before Dec. 4, 2015.

Major lemony citrus aroma, bit grassy. Colr of the body is a very pale orange. Cedar plank hits first in the flavor, not what i was expecting. Some resin in there and ends with hints of lemon meringue. Raw bitterness with tinges of sweetness. Bitter orange rind, some pine and pineapple. A very good IPA but a bit on the expensive side.

Pours a hazy white gold with a beautiful 3 fingers of white foam that settles slow to nice patchy cap, easily roused. Very Good retention; honeycomb lacing. (4)

Super pungent tropical fruit, dank earthiness. Lemon, mango, lychee, weed, pine sap, dirt, peaches, moss. (4.5)

Bright fruity resin! Immediate tropical sweetness with a rising resinous quality, dusty dry bitterness with much of the same fruitiness as the nose. (4.25)

Light-medium body, good fine carbonation with a lingering aftertaste, very easy-drinking. (4.25)

Holy fuck what an IPA. This is the real deal.
Pours lovely with a nice big head and a body the color of a white peach. The nose is apparent the second you open the bottle and both it and the flavor are extremely bright, tangy and fruity. The mouth, though, is pretty resiny as well. Drinks way too easy. Also, kudos to the brewery for throwing on a visible, legible bottled and best before date on the label. I hope that that starts becoming more prevalent among Quebec breweries.
Why did I only get one bottle!?!?!?! Will be buying this on sight from here on out. (4.5)
