Capped bottle, 6 months old: Bright straw color with low activity and faint floating detritus. More foggy and cloudy closer to the yeast pour. Light foamy white 1-2 finger head, lasting around 5 minutes, with decent lacing but not much swirl reaction. Flavors of sweet barley, wheat, prunes, wild berries (sea buckthornes), green grapes, wild yeast, salt, and floral hops. Soft oily and a bit slick, medium bodied, with crispy carbonation. Strong tart and sour finish, a bit of hay and straw, quite lemony and funky, ends with balanced flowery dry hops. Slightly woody, moderately vinous. A bit overly acidic for my taste (probably from the aging) so the freshness is average, although the incredible complexity compensates easily that flaw. The balance is real good too. Overall excellent quality craft.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some plum pits notes and light tart berry notes is refreshing. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes, light oak notes with some plum pits notes and nice degree of attenuation. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nicely done with just enough complexity and some good drinkability.
