The color is a light amber with minimal off - white head.
The aroma has the malt presence of an ESB, but with happier spice.
The Flavor lacks the biscuit and bread flavor I love in ESBs. It is there, but seems to be too much kettle hops to let the flavor shine.
Medium bodied and not a bad beer, but closer to a regular bitter or a hoppy mild than an ESB.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle
Best By date of 12/18/14 on bottle

Served in a Nonic Pint Glass
Eyes
Hazy copper body with a nice orange glow. Short, yet dense creamy white head collapsed and left a decent amount of soapy lacing throughout.
Nose
Sweet fruits. Spicy yeast. Floral hops. Overall smelled very sweet.
Mouth
Light malts upfront. Notes of spiced yeast led to a pretty good hit of bitter floral hops. I wish the malts were as prominent on the taste buds as they were in the nose. Medium-bodied. Moderate-low carbonation.
Overall
Solid bitter. Nothing complex. As I mentioned before, I thought this one was a little too hop-heavy but that certainly did not make this a bad beer.

Sampled last Saturday on 10/4/14 with my good friend. Bottle chilled down to 36 degrees F and poured in to a 'Boulevard" tulip glass.
Pours a pretty copper in color with a thick 1-finger+ creamy head that stays around for a while. A good amount of lacing was seen after each sip, almost rings actually. The aroma is of caramel malts and yeast. Pretty much the same is said for the taste followed up by a hoppy finish but didn't last long and wasn't really unpleasant like a IPA. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Overall, it was just OK.

A - Pours a hazy orange with a one-finger foamy white head. Lots of spotty white lacing.
S - Faint aromas of caramel malts and bready yeast.
T - Follows the aroma with sweet caramel malts upfront followed by some bready yeast. There is a light hop bitterness in the finish.
M - Mediu bodied with medium carbonation. Nice smooth mouthfeel.
O - This was a decent and enjoyable ESB. Nothing mind blowing just a solid brew.

Copper / orange body, mild haze, thin ringlet of off-white head. Aromas of fruity malt, a hint of spice, bready alcohol. Mild sweetness, pretty smooth on the palate, finishing with a delicate bitterness. Dry finish with lingering herbal tea notes. pretty good.
