Presentation: Squat 12 ounce bottle with a painted scene invoking memories of manual harvests from yesteryear. No strength indicated, but a Best By date of 02/16/04. Twist cap and a neck label with some explanatory background to the beer. Nevertheless, I think the name Unfiltered Wheat Beer is still unwieldy and sucks.
Appearance: Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Nice levels of dissolved carbonation in the body
Nose: Not much going on here at all. Rather low levels of wheat and a citric sharpness, with an even lighter yeasty character.
Taste: A rather thin wheat beer that has the usual mix of yeast mustiness set amidst a delicate wheat body. Some citric tinges in the middle and in the ending. This is not the most flavorsome of Wheat beers, it is very American in nature, and is easily taken down. Some bitterness at the death.
Mouthfeel: Sharp start with some of the carbonation coming through in the back end, which can be a little prickly at times.
Drinkability: A very easy going beer that has a solid quaffability factor.
Overall: I first had the pleasure of meeting this beer at the Boulevard Brewery Bar at Kansas City Airport whilst waiting for a flight to LAX. Its just as refreshing from the bottle as it is from draft. Not the boldest of Wheat Beers, its a delicate offering that still offers some flavor whilst quenching your thirst. Drinks Well. Thanks to BigHuge for the reaquaintance.

Look: Very cloudy rich color
Smell: You get exactly what's advertised: Unfiltered wheat with a slight citrus tone
Taste: WHEAT...very subtle citrus notes but the wheat takes center stage
Feel: Very smooth silky feel...finishes smooth with warmth and richness of wheat.
This is currently my favorite beer. A fully satisfying session beer in which every swig is treasured.

An opaque yellow-orange occupies the glass with a thin white head that disappears quickly leaving behind no lace, emitting a wheat aroma. Wheat and orange both appear upon tasting this tasty, simple brew. The feel is fairly smooth, but a bit harsh on the carbonation. Still a good mouth feel. Overall, this is a great beer. Simple, and tasty. Nothing spectacular, but a great beer for a summer day while grilling.

Pours hazy golden color with a 2 finger width carbonated head. There is mild head retention and very little to no lacing. Very carbonated. Orange peel and coriander dominate the aroma. Wheat taste up front with slight bitterness and a mildly spicy orange peel taste at the end. Aftertaste is mild. Decent beer. Very drinkable but certainly not the best of the bunch.

Appearance This one poured a righteous cloudy orange in color with a nice, white head that stayed around long enough.
Smell The light wheat and orange notes are held back quite a bit when cold. They opened up a tad more as the ale warmed, but generally this bouquet is reserved.
Taste Well, Im never quite sure what theyre shooting for with the PWA style, but this isnt bad. The wheat is crisp if a bit musty and the big orange from the nose takes a step back at the taste. Theres a light candy sugariness throughout.
Mouthfeel This is in between light and medium-bodied with some strong, effervescent carbonation and a modest pale dryness in the lingering finish.
Drinkability As far as the style goes, this was one of the better offerings that Ive tried.

Acquired via trade from KenGage, so a big "Thank You" goes out to him. Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a pale yellow color, with a short white head that fades quickly and leaves a spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is of wheat, lemon, light malts and some hops.
T: The taste starts out bready with a strong wheat flavor that is followed by sweet flavors of lemon, bananas and a touch of spice. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy. The hops presence is mild but enough to bring some balance. The after-taste is slightly bready and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.
D: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, although there are better wheat beers out there, this is still a decent beer to pound down for a while.

I had this on tap at Zingers, drank from a pint glass...
The beer was a nice hazy pale yellow color with a foamy white head that left plenty of lacing. The smell is mostly hay, grass, lemon and yeast. It tastes similar but a bit tart with wheat, lemon and bread. It's light with prickly carbonation and a has a slightly dry finish. This is just a well made wheat beer, I would drink it again.

A cloudy yellow gold with a nice white head that fades quickly. The nose is mild yeast and a bit of orange. Taste is very subdued wheat and yeast, with the tiniest bit of malt, but a slighty ethanol aftertaste. I would describe it as just a step-up from miller light, taste wise. It's not at all unpleasant though, and a very good "introductory" beer. Mouthfeel is light but with some nice carbonation. Quite the drinkable brew if you don't get bored of it.

pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head, and good lacing.
smell is of wheat, banana, and lots of citrus.
taste is tart, wheat, and lemon, ends with quite a sourness.
overall it is a wheat beer, nothing too special, nothing too terrible, just a wheat beer.

I bought a six pack of this on a business trip recently.
I can't comment too much on appearance, as the only glassware available to me were those little clear plastic cups in the hotel room. It was gold, it was hazy, and had a frothy head.
Not much of a smell, but the mouthfeel was so clean and crisp. It tasted about on par with most wheat beers, maybe with a little more wheat on the finish.
I wouldn't seek it out, but it was pretty nice. So crisp I could see it being a decent session beer.

From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. Best By 12/10/12 and I am drinking this on January 26, 2013.
It pours a milky, cloudy pale yellow with a small fizzy white head that dissolves to nothing. I see small chunks floating in the glass.
The aroma is full of wheat followed by an obvious orange/lemon citrus note. The yeast can be found as well.
The body is light to medium with a slight acidic quality.
The wheat gets played down a bit in the taste but the citrus is still solid and flavorful along with a mild dry finish. I would like to try one again that is fresh.
