Bought one of these to sample. First thing I notice is a very strong wheat smell from the bottle. Mouthful is start to finish wheat taste with grass, and lemon. Feel is very light, almost watery in the beginning, but the wheat taste kicks in and it finishes clean with a small aftertaste that does not linger. Beer has medium carbonation and is refreshing.

This is another good beer from Boulevard, and is a perfect beer to have in the summertime, Much more taste than the macro lagers, but with the same light feel, in fact macro drinkers should at least try one of these and would probably enjoy it thoroughly. Recommended.

Bit watery, but also simple wheat taste. Doesn't offend. Not bad. Somewhat fruity and not funky.

Pours hazy pale gold. Foamy, medium, Whitehead that Fades fast.

Smells wheat, grassy, Citrus, pale malt hints

Taste wheat, lemon, grassy and light lager taste. Finish is dry with a wheat linger. Lighter medium body and fizzy medium carbonation.

If anyone tries to say anything but glowing remarks about this flawless liquid, I shall condemn them and their descendants to an eternity of Natural Light and misfortune; it's that good. I don't know what these reviews mentioning a bad aftertaste are talking about. I am blessed to be from a city with such good beer...nothing will compare.

The best domestic around, hands down. When I die a 6 pack of it will be poured over my grave.

Poured into a chalice: color is hazy gold, head is brighter white and presents about 1/2 inch thick and then dissipates to solid top, some lacing on the glass sides.

Smell is pleasant. light wheat and biscuit, some toast.

Taste is light wheat, some biscuit, toast, mild hops with a neutral/grassy flavor.

Mouthfeel is light sweetness, moderate carbonation.

Overall a good, pleasant tasting, simple wheat beer.

Hazy amber, moderate white head. Served with lemon, wheaty aroma. Wheat & citrus zest flavor. Citrus & carbonation make for good feel. Consumed in Kansas City of course.

Pretty much a staple wheat beer around the KC metro area where I live.
