Picked up a single from TW Arrowhead 10-3-18 for $1.99. Best by 06FEB2019; consumed 1-6-19. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured black with a very nice tan head that has some great hang time.
Nose is light roasted malts with notes of lactose and cocoa.
Taste is moderately roasted malts with notes of cocoa which melds with the lactose fairly well.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied but lacking the body i would expect from the style.
Overall a pretty decent beer. I suspect it would be better as a draft beer.

L - Poured dark brown with 2-finger deep tan head which whittled down to a cap. Minimal, clingy lacing.
S - Chocolate and cherry notes.
T - Follows nose closely, with lactose.
F - Creamy, medium mouthfeel. Fairly smooth with a semi-dry finish.
O - A decent, solid beer.

Deep brown-black with less than a finger of head. Some lacing. Interesting flavor; cola, Dr. Pepper, cocoa. Light and sweet with good carbonation. Easy drinking.

Pours a deep dark brown with ruby tints when held up to light. The thin tan cap falls away quickly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma is dark roasted malts with hints of coffee. Flavor is slightly sweet in front, chocolaty malts and coffee, slightly bitter finish. Feel is medium to thin bodied with adequate carbonation. Overall a decent milk stout without any real individual assets.

12 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass.
L---Impenetrable dark brown color. Nice khaki head with minimal retention and very nice lacing.
S---Sweet malts. Lactose and milk chocolate.
T---A touch of coffee, but more milk chocolate & lactose than anything else. Milk chocolate becomes much more prominent as it warms up.
F---Thin, especially for a stout. Wet, with no real drying astringency. Definitely gets more creamy as it warms.
O---A very nice effort. Not complex, but tasty. I could definitely have a few of these without even thinking about it.

Amber chocolate brown. Quickly disappearing head. I've been sniffing before each taste and can't say that anything really pops for me. Taste leans more to the chocolate than coffee. Overall better than average Stout. Would have preferred the aroma to match the taste. On tap, Funck's Leola.
