Aroma is grainy malts and German style hops/yeast. The flavor is fruit/citrus, grains/malts, slightly slick texture and a mildly sweet/dryish hop finish.

Kind of a weird one. It has those basic Lager (straw/grassy) textures, but then it falls flat like Lindsay Lohan during a drug test. It’s kind of good, and then it goes nowhere. Again, like Lindsay Lo’s career? Hell if I know.

Poured from bottle into tulip, smallish 1/2 finger cream colored head, so so retention, good lacing. Pale yellow in the glass, clear with slight chill haze. Bready malt on the nose, some grassiness, and slight citrus leaning towards lemony. Clean cracker up front with a noble grassiness, that flows into some lemon notes. Good clean crisp finish with a mild bitterness. Some residual sweetness with a citrus after taste. Great drinking 3.6% beer. The is the second of 3 beers my daughters brought back from Mexico and they are knocking it out of the park

Light golden color with a thin fluffy head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of lemon, lager yeast and pineapple.
Flavor with notes of piney and citrusy hops, lager yeast and pale malt sweetness. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with good carbonation.
Easy to drink Lager with American piney and citrusy hops. Lay back and plain.

Pours yellow, a little bit hazy, not very clean. Very mild white foam head, almost no retention. Taste is malty, sweet with a mild bitterness to balance. Medium body with medium carbonation. Nice mexican beer, very drinkable.

Served in a frosty mug at a restaurant in Vallarta Nuevo with a slice of lime which I promptly discarded. Very pale, thin white head that dissipated in less than a minute.
Smell - not much
Mouthfeel - light but not watery.
Taste - the usual inoffensive balance of just enough hops to say there are hops, malt without being malt forward, slightly bitter.

Overall very drinkable but not compelling. I was hoping for more - the bottle clearly advertises Cerveceria de Colima as an artisanal brewery with Rheinheitsgebot-legal ingredients. The characterization of this beer as American Adjunct is pretty accurate despite that.

I would try other beers from C de C but not repeat this one.
