Aroma is tropical - pineapple, dank, and earthy.
Slightly muddy burnt orange color, so hazy nothing comes through from the other side but shadows. Tall white head from a fairly vigorous pour, bubbly, fading moderately quickly, leaving stringy bubbly lacing and an uneven top.
Feel is smooth and soft with a medium body.
Taste reflects the aroma, with the dank and earthy taste stronger than in the aroma. Tropical fruit, but I would not describe it as juicy by any means, and not as identifiable as pineapple (or any other specific fruit) as in the aroma; just a "generic" tropical taste.
Finish is very smooth and soft, no bitterness anywhere. The dank and earthy flavors remain into the aftertaste.
Overall, a decent enough pale ale, and definitely in the "New England" style, given the haziness, lack of bitterness, and smooth, soft mouth feel. But not one that will stand out in a crowded field of hazy choices. Of the two, I prefer the Flow Citra Pale Ale, but neither are up to the standard of Toppling Goliath.

This beer pours a hazy orange with a solid head. The aroma is dank and dense, with cannabis, pine, guava, pineapple, onion, and grass. The flavor is a delicious combo of dank, weedy, resinous qualities with light guava, pineapple, and tangerine notes and minimal bitterness. The mouthfeel is light but broadly foamy. Overall a really wonderful beer, with loads of flavor and superb balance.

Thanks to Jeff for this one. 16oz. can into Night Shift stemware.
Nose is pineapple, mango and papaya with a touch of starfruit acidity. Super aromatic. Beer opens dank with a huge tropical fruit and citrus presence. Notes of mango, pineapple and papaya sweetened by cane sugar and clementine. Nice bite at the end. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively on the palate and aggressive going down. Crisp and clean aftertaste. Really keeps you coming back for more!
A really impressive beer from a brewery that I haven't heard much about up till now. Fantastic flavor profile and depth of flavor for the style.

Poured 16oz can into snifter. The beer color is a beautiful hazy golden yellow. Produced a nice 2 finger white head, some nice lacing. Sticky tropical notes in the aroma; pineapple, mango with hints or orange and tangerine. You can tell right away that the Mosaic Hop is used. An explosion of tropical and citrus flavor that is very juicy. A nice bold flavor that is easy drinking. Excellent carbonation with some bitterness lingers on the tongue and finishes dry. Outstanding haze bomb APA.
