A: The beer is very hazy dark pink in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of blackberries, marshmallows and peaches are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of blackberries, peaches and marshmallows along with notes of lactose and hints of passionfruit.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This makes for a very nice dessert beer as it has sweetness from the marshmallows along with lots of fruity flavors.

Pours opaque, hue of mango juice. Aroma of blackberry-fruit punch. Taste starts out with a wave of frothy, tingling fruit with a hint of tannin on the finish balanced by the sweetness of the lactose. The mouthfeel is smooth and the milk sugars and acidity play well together. I almost was going to rate some areas a bit lower, but this is a really interesting beer. An odd, modern style but this seems to be an exemplar of the style to me.
