L - clear bright orange-y yellow; minimal head of quite sizeable, white-rimmed bubbles that dissipates quickly
S & T - instant horse stable funk, with some sparkling wine-y dryness, white grapes just on that sweet/sour border. Maltiness was pretty much non-existent.
F - nice and light; spritzy

O - solid wild ale. Almost like drinking champagne in a barn. I quite liked it.

I'd recommend this one.

Sampled at Zwanze Day 2016, at Butcher’s Tears. Clear orange with a thin white head. Notes of lambic funk, barnyard, cassis, white grapes, white wine, peaches, minerals, salt. Light bodied with a medium to high carbonation and a tart and salty-sweet finish.
