No clue about the age of the can, it could be a bit older than what is prescribed.

A: Pours a weirdly enough tiny bit greenish yellow color, completely opaque. Head is creamy looking, is pure white and has pretty good retention. Lacing is also pretty good.

S: Pretty potent smell. You get a ton of orange, clementines, mangoes and underripe pineapple. There are maybe some lime leaves notes. No malt presence in the smell. Like most good IPA's, quite straightforward but inviting.

T: First thing I notice is there are quite a bit more malt presence in the taste than in the smell. There is a light honey sweetness with a light bready backbone. The hops are still there and strong with oranges, pineapples and mangoes. Some resinous bitterness.

M: Very creamy and light mouthfeel, perfect for the genre. Very few Quebec microbreweries manage to nail the mouthfeel on IPA's, so I'm glad to see someone new doing it right.

O: This feels a lot like a Great Lakes traditional american IPA. You get some resinous bitterness, a little bit of sweetness, tons of citruses. Great for the summer.

Pours a fairly clear light copper with a big beige head that is slow to drop. Very good retention; sticky lacing. (4.5)

Citrus zest, some pine, and clean sweet maltiness. (4)

A mix of slightly resiny citrus-twinged hops and some crystal malt flavor. (4)

Medium body with zesty carbonation and a sweet finish. (3.75)

A pretty good IPA.
This one seems to do an adequate job of straddling the line between The west coast and the new-fangled desire for fruitier hop flavors. Clear with a meringue head. Both the aroma and flavor are comprised of citrus, pine and caramelish malt. It drinks good and is pretty good all told. It has definitely started to fall off a bit from the first one I had in the pack a couple weeks ago. Not bad. The fresher cans were a little more fruity and floral so I'm putting a 4 here. Otherwise I would have shaved off .25. (4)

A- hazy yellow with a light white head, good lacing
S-Roma is all Citra for me with the typical tropical fruit, and a subtle hint of dank and mustiness
M- body is medium to light with carbonation also medium and adding a peppery note that might be coming from the hops
T-This is a very well-balanced beer with sweetness at the forefront and a smooth bitterness At the back, there is a juicy character that comes from the hops pleasant
O-What a great find, really wonderful beer. Highly recommend.

Can: Poured a hazy bright amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hoppy notes with some nice citrusy undertones and light grapefruit notes. Taste is also a well balance mix of citrusy hops notes with light grapefruit notes with some subtle malt notes and subtle residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice floral IPA with limited bitterness.
