From cervezasespeciales. In Grimbergem glass. Playing A Golden Wake. Molasses with maybe a slight spiciyness. Very typical belgian taste. Pleasant but doesnt stand out.

33cl Bottle, BBD Oct 15, poured into a Hoegaarden Grand Cru stemmed tulip @ home on 5th Dec2013 during a Belgian tasting evening I had with myself.
Slight haze to the deep orange to amber body, the head large and white.
The nose and taste were both malty and yeasty: hints of a spice or two but mostly semi-sweet malty molasses and Belgian yeasts. The sweetness petered away towards the end of each sip as a drier and more bitter finish arrived.
Medium body depth and easy to drink.
