Notes:
After eluding the cops, pecanisher turns an abandoned pancake house on the edge of town into a gruesome torture chamber with the sole intent of Maple extraction. Night after night, stacks of pancakes are crudely squeezed and sliced for their sticky goodness, until one stack decided to stand up to their captor... and died instantly. It was an axe vs. a pancake. What did you expect? Impaled Maple!

Black color with a ring of tan foam. Aroma has dark chocolate and maple syrup, some roasted malt as well. Taste is balanced with sweet maple and roasted malt bitterness, some dark chocolate and hints of cola. Medium to full bodied with low carbonation. Well balanced and easy drinking.

Pours a deep dark color with a small top of light brown head that dissolves quickly and leaves some sticky lacings on the glass. Aroma is strong and pleasant of pecan nuts ,caramel, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and syrup.
The taste is sweet at the start with nice roasted malts strong but well balanced in the back. Good notes of pecan nuts, chocolate, caramel, coffee and vanilla in the flavour. The finish has a slight bitterness in it that goes well with the roasted flavours in the back. The high alcohol content are amazingly well hidden in the flavour. That the aftertaste is a little weak is the only thing I can put my finger on.
Mouthfeel is smooth and soft with a medium carbonation and a full body.
A really delicious and amazingly made imperial stout.

Pitch black with light brown head.
Smell of sweet chocolate, vanilla, maple syrup, toffee, sweet berrys and with a bit of alcohol too..
Taste is very sweet at first. Taste of vanilla, walnuts, chocolate, maple syrup, cocoa. I didn’t taste the alcohol.
Nice thickness, with a very well rounded mouthfeel. Almost no alcohol (impressive at 10%abv). A nearly undetectable bitterness on the end.
Just another amazing beer from Cervisiam. Artwork 5/5.
