Quite good place. Staff doens't always know what beer they have on tap. They even dno+t know the brewery which makes beers they are pouring. that's said. a bit pricy. good selection of beers! belgians also on tap. a bit noisy and hipsterish. more a club then a pub.

On a business trip to Belgium, I had a chance to drop by this place for a nightcap. I was really excited, having been a fan of Brewdog beers for a long time, as well as an avid viewer of their short-lived Television series. The place is located across the street from the central train station, in a very modern building. It has a hip, open, and very contemporary vibe. Plenty of taps, with many Brewdog beers. The prices are quite high, especially considering that any nearby cafe has world-class Belgians available for only half of the prices here. Also, the service was a little curt, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. I expected more. Still, the beer was quite good, and I am glad to have made the stop.

Very rude crew and VERY OVERPRICED. Nice selection and good food. If the people working here were a bit more friendly and educated on what they are selling, and better prices, it would be a fantastic place.

This place is located in a modern building but the interior has been softened a bit with wood paneling for some coziness in spite of the tall ceiling. A long bar had plenty of seats available on a late Saturday afternoon (this was a late April visit), but we had planned to have something to eat here to go along with our beers so we chose a table. But the kitchen was closed for some reason, so we ordered a sampler flight of 4 BrewDog beers and left to find a meal elsewhere. The beers were good but none of the ones that we chose were overly exciting.

There is a guest tap list that might have been more exciting than the BrewDog list, but I didn't recognize many of those beers. A full bar and wines are offered too. The service was fast and the bartenders were very friendly.

A surprisingly large spot, in a busy part of Brussels. This one didn't quite have that Brewdog feeling. Higher than normal prices, lots and lots of cocktails, not the friendliest staff. Overall, this Brewdog let me down a little. So much interesting Belgian beer is so many places close by, it's hard to slam down Punk IPA.

Located right near the central train station, I would say they have a good location. It had a nice crowd both times we went there.

As you enter, there is an outdoor space to your right and the double entry doors are to the left.

Once in the bar, I was impressed by the soaring ceilings, expanse of windows, the various seating areas, community tables and the large bar. There is another outdoor terrace that you can enter from the lounge area.

They offer a large variety of beers. They of course have Brewdog beers, plus selections from Belgium, the Netherlands and the US. I’m guessing they offer 35 taps and at least that many bottles. Our beers were all well cared for.

During our two visits, you went to the bar to the order both beer and food. You waited for your beers while the food is delivered to your table. Service was pretty solid and they were patient as people mull the beer offerings.
The food is pretty good and one of the few bars in Brussels that offer a larger menu.

They do offer some pretty nice swag. I rarely buy shirts but I did buy one from here.

Definitely a bit of an outlier in Brussels but I think they fill a niche and I know I will have no problem going back again.

Definitely good beers, but I can't help but wonder how long a bar with "foreign" beers will last in the capital of THE beer country, especially when the prices are prohibitively high (even of the local beers).
Service tends to be slow (even when the bar is empty) and half the staff appears to be still in training (sometimes embarrassingly obvious).

I also noticed that originally the menu said all beers on tap were 33cl (take a look at the cover photo), and that after about 2 weeks suddenly the serving size of a lot of them went down to 25cl (or is it 20?), making a lot of people think that the listed (still high) prices were for a larger size (the 33cl is still on the board, and this is pretty much the standard size of a bottle or a glass from the tap in Belgium). Very unpleasantly surprised a few times by this.

I pass by the bar 6-8 times per week on my way to and from work, but the last time I actually went in was a month ago. I'm sure the thousands of commuters who walk past it every day also go somewhere else for their tipple.
Can this bar survive on tourists and beer pelgrims alone? I doubt it. And that would be a shame.
