Fresh by date of 03/29/19.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a pure thick burnt dark orange color topped by a superb level finger and a half's worth of white foamy head. Really took its time to fall off, once it did, some runny lace gleamed around the glass.
The aroma was absolutely fantastic! Pure cleaned 'mosaic hops' took the expected lead of a refined bittersweet grassy to orange pulpy sweet character.
The flavor was juicy sweet, fully. Then what makes a fulfilling New England styled DIPA is the pure bittersweet juicy blend of hops to malts. The ratio here is exactly what some beer reviewers of this style dream of.
The mouthfeel was extraordinarily eloquent! Indicating a medium body with a fair sipping to sessionable character about it. Carbonation is exactly where it should be with this style, nice and low. Appropriate ABV. Absolutely awesome smooth unyieldingly creamy finish.
Overall, dare I shed a tear in this beer seeing a brewery not in New England can brew this style the way it's supposed to be and be absolutely amazing? Yes, I'm holding back tears but they're tears of joy!

Nice milkshake look to this brew with a thin white head. mosaic nose tonthis brew. Pretty nice so far. Really good flavor to this one. What you’d expect. Much less carbonation than I’d have wanted.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Hazed golden pour with thick fluffy white head. Great lacing.

S: Dank and fruity... huge tropicals and citrus.

T/F: Follows the nose. A big time juice bomb. All the tropical loveliness of mosaic hops... pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, and mango. Sweet up front... muted bitterness. Sticky on the tongue with more fruit salad at the finish.

O: An elite NEIPA. Outstanding flavor and an all-around excellent beer. Hubbard's Cave does not disappoint.

I received this in a trade with @bstyle. Canned on 9/19/2018 and poured into Spiegelau IPA glass. It pours a cloudy, dirty tangerine color with a half finger of fluffy, bright white head and a thin, creamy sheen of lacing that lasted through the pour. Its nose features tangerine, lemon, pineapple, peach, light pine needles, and the unmistakable aroma of Mosaic hops. The tropical fruit and sweet citrus really pop. There is a hint of vanilla up front but it finishes with a dry, bitter dose of Mosaic. The contrast of sweet fruit and bitter hops works well. It features a creamy, full-bodied mouth feel with moderate but pleasant carbonation, and you can really feel the warming 8.5% ABV. Overall, this DIPA is well-crafted and flavorful. I really enjoyed and would welcome the opportunity to drink it again.

Appearance - Pours super dense orange color with nice white soapy head that has great retention. Lot of sticky lacing around the glass.

Aroma - Lots of sweet pineapple, mango, papaya, tangerine. those Mosaic hops come out well, light pine and a touch of vanilla.

Taste - Well done great Mosaic hops give this a great pineapple, orange flavor. nice floral hop flavor, just the slightest hint of alcohol coming through.

Feel - Medium bodied, slightly creamy with a nice bite and nice dry finish.

Overall - Really well done Mosaic IPA, alcohol is well hidden flavors and aromas are on point.

Pours a cloudy amber orange with a finger if white head.
Lots of peach and white grape on the nose. Hints of blueberry and herbs.
Taste follows pretty closely.
Medium bodied with good carb levels. Slight alcohol presence.
Overall a good beer but I liked the One Hop Citra better.
