This brewery continues to fly under the radar. Their NEIPAs are some of the best I've tried, with a perfect bittering finish which others leave behind. Seek them out. V7 is very juicy, mainly grapefruit, orange, and tangerine. You won't be disappointed

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on June 20, 2018. Canned 06.06.18. Fresh by 08.06.18. Brewed with El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Highly recommended.

Found this one to be more bready than others in the series, took away from the feel for me, and cut into the hops a bit. The smell is immaculate, with tons of grapefruit, guava, pineapple and some moderate, dank hops, wow. The taste is more muted from the bread, but still has good juice to it. Wish this could be amplified, but as is it is a solid neipa

Poured from a bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip

L: Cloudy dark golden brown pour. 2 fingers of foamy head. Solid ring of lacing. Looks pretty much like pulpy grapefruit juice.

S: Dank citrus and tropical fruits. Grapefruit, pineapple, guava, and mango.

T/F: Follows the nose... classic NE style DIPA. Dank and juicy... tropical fruit bomb with grapefruit forward but lots of other juice character. Mild bitterness... smooth and a little sticky mouthfeel. Finish is juicy and delicious.

O: Damned near close to the perfect NE IPA. Just delicious... could drink this any time.

Really good. Juicy, piney. Another winner in this series.

From bottle into chalice. Bottle was 2 weeks from bottling date.

Extremely opaque orange appearance. Possibly more orange than orange juice itself. Tropical but primarily juicy aroma. Very juicy and very sweet taste. Full mouthfeel with descent carbonation. Might be the best of the 'Fresh' series from Hubbard's Cave and the closest to a DDH/NE IPA from the New England region.

Overall, a very good beer. Just wish it came in something other than a 25oz bottle format
