Hazy pink color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has mostly tart raspberries and a bit of lactic funk. Taste is also tart and lactic, less fruity than the aroma but you still get a nice raspberry flavor. Light body with good effervescence. Really nice, easy drinking, fruity Berliner weisse.

The colour is gold-orange, the liquid is hazy. The low white head dissolves quickly leaving no lacing. Lots of sediment in the bottle.

The smell is tart with minerals, iodine and sweet fresh raspberries.

The taste is dry and very sour. Fresh sour raspberries and some minerals. Light body. The aftertaste is less sour with fresh raspberries and some bakers’ yeast. Raspberry flavoured yoghurt in the finish.

The carbonation is medium strong, the few mid-sized bubbles are short-lived. The liquid is light and harsh.

A light and tasty Berliner weisse with pleasing raspberries.
