33cl can, 6m to bb.
Hazy light gold, plenty of foam that goes away quickly.
Aroma has disturbing phenolic elements mixed with immature passionfruit and sharp citrus. It is most probably the dry hopping that mixes strangely with the sour tartness
Taste matches the aroma, with the phenolic off-flavours becoming even stronger, elevated by high carbonation. I find it impossible to get past the feel of drinking something infected. Or if this was the intention, I do not understand.

When pouring the beer so it builds up a fine white foam. The foam is quite thick and slowly disappear without badges. The beer is unclear and very light.
First scents coming is a little sour with lemon. The first feeling is like when one smells of white wine. But that's just sticking the nose again and see what you find. Here are more aromas of fruit, just can not quite place them. Get a sense of Lambic beer all over it.
Now, after a first sip will return citrus in a sense of acidity, can not be helped, I still suffer from the feeling of white wine.
The taste is both dry and sour. You can feel the fruits balanced with citrus and some herbs. I also get this feeling of Lambic beer. The aftertaste sitting in a little while, quite a pleasant aftertaste that keeps lemon and fruit flavors long. The carbon dioxide is very strong, and sitting in a while. Very easy drunk, and it should be drunk quickly.

The colour is yellow (5 EBC), the liquid is almost clear. The two finger head is white and compact. It sinks slowly leaving no lacing.
The smell is tart with fruity sour notes. Lactic acid, iodine and minerals makes me think of Belgian Lambic. Hints of wet leather.
The taste is sour and dry. Some unripe fruits and wheat flour. Lactose sweetness in the background. Light body. The aftertaste got passing sourness, wheat dough and a touch of alcohol. The short finish is mild with a touch of mint.
The carbonation is strong, the large bubbles are sharp and long-lived. The liquid is smooth.
Very balanced with nice sour notes. A bit too light, though.
