Hazy amber color with beige head. Aroma has some fermented tart fruits, mostly apples, pears and peaches. Taste follows with the tart fruits and some earthy bitterness. Light body, quite dry, medium to low carbonation. The bottle was quite old, maybe when it was fresh it had some green tea but now I don't get any, maybe just its bitterness.

When pouring the beer so it builds up a fine white foam little svårflörtat. The foam is medium thick and slowly disappear without badges. The beer is unclear and has an amber / red color.

First scents coming is a little sour with the fruits. I get the feeling back of white wine with fruits. The beer has hints of both small orange, apricot and some raspberries. There are some lemon here, too. Get a sense of Lambic beer all over it.

It can not be helped, but I still get a certain sense of white wine when tasting this. But now there is a bit more fruit. Citrus is palpable but also flavors of apricot and orange. The raspberries are there, but far behind, all in a balance with each other. The taste is sour and dry, a little small spicy. I also get this feeling of Lambic beer. The aftertaste sitting in a little while, quite a pleasant aftertaste that keeps fruit flavors long. The carbon dioxide is very strong, and sitting in a while. Very easy drunk, and it should be drunk quickly. It was felt that when it got a little hands warm so it changed, beer to drink really cold.
