Gifted by Delaware relative, not a style I enjoy though. Pours clear golden with frothy head that fades slowly. Grassy malt presence is overshadowed by a peppery, herbal hop. To be fair this is typical, and what I do not enjoy about this style vs say a helles lager. Flavor follows nose. Drinkable with a fairly clean finish.

While vacationing in Delaware, I’ve gotten to know this brewery well. Picked up a six pack at their family friendly/kid friendly brewery.
Pours a clear yellow color with a moderately large rocky head.
A little bit of a sulfury aroma at first, however, to its credit, it’s fleeting and common for pilsner malt. Once it fades, the nose displays lovely tones of bready and freshly toasted malts. Bright hops aromas evoke floral, lemony and grassy notes.
Nice clean malt flavor that opens with a moderate sweetness. Notes of lightly toasted, bready and cracker malts. Hops flavors evoke lemongrass, floral notes and a developing gentle bitterness that is clean and earthy.
Light to medium bodied, crisp and with a dry and nicely bitter finish. The carbonation is moderate and on par.
Overall, delicately balanced, flavorful and deftly crafted. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another sixer for this long hot summer.

Gift of my generous neighbor. Pours with a big, rocky, white head that takes several minutes to subside. Aroma of grain with a hint of lemon. Taste is well balanced and never too sweet. I pick up the slight lemon flavor in the taste as well. Mouthfeel is on the creamy side for a pilsner. Overall, an excellent and enjoyable pilsner.

WE had this beer a few months ago at a party. Liked it a lot, as we remember. Wish I could say more about it. But anyway we plan to get it again; then I'll come back here and srite a more detailed review.

Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Creamy gold like yellow body color appearance, quite clear, but will turn cloudy if the last bit is poured in. Real nice fine carbonation, with an excellent glow. Classic creamy top two finger white head, settling with a light thin fingered crown as well. Very good looking pils.
Bready light toasty and dough like malts on the nose. Minimal hop presence, but a slight brightness to it of herbal and light green grass tones. Quite solid and simple aroma.
Palate is hitting the right notes. Chewy body flavors but with a lighter expression in mouthfeel. Dough like mid palate of sweetness with excellent crispness. A real nice creeping and then lingering herbal hop quality that gets quite aromatic on the swallow. Even some faint lemon/lime like quality manages to kick in with excellent clean crispness.
A pretty decent tasting pils that's very vibrant and flavorful.

Can dated 5/24/17 into pint glass. Pours a hazy straw color with a massive white head of coarse bubbles and great lacing. Initial impression is a very rich, complex maltiness, with a nice undertone of bitterness and spices. Mouthfeel is middle of the road. Carbonation is a little on the heavy side, I think. Finish is refreshing and has a little bitterness, but not over the top and nicely offset by the malts.
