Our flagship saison is rooted in the past but with a nod towards what we believe Saison should be: citrusy, tart, and effervescent with great drinkability. On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden. Smells of strong oak, earthy yeast and hops, some lemon acidity. Tastes of tart lemon, bready malt for a moment, then grain and wheat take over. Strong oak throughout. Light body and crisp. Excellent barrel character augmenting a very tasty Saison. Odd Breed's best so far.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head and lots of lacing.

This smells like sharp lemon, zest, and rind, citrusy acidity, grassy funk, wheat, and pilsner bready malt.

This is a really good flagship saison- it's super drinkable, with an intriguing but drinkable level of funk. There's lots of citrusy character, with a sharp and biting grassy funk, and lots of lemony acidity.

This is pretty light bodied, and very, very drinkable, with a thirst-quenching feel to it.

This is my first beer from Odd Breed- I had been hearing about them for a while, so it's nice to jump in a try an impressive beer.

Pours a hazy yellow. Tastes of grass, mild hops, lemon, bread and malt. Solid brew with hints of the French oak puncheons it was brewed in. Solid saison.
