On tap, ten ounce serving in a stemmed tulip glass.
Satin finish golden cider look, clouded. The 1f fluffy white cap tapers to a thin film and leaves lots of sticky lacing.
Astringent and acidic. Lots of lemon. Blackberry tea.
Citrus soaked light malt, wheat perhaps. Citrus zest and dry to its core.
Leans light and it’s 7% abv hides well. Puckered up and dry hop finish.
Unique to say the least. Hazy and tart. Juicy as in tart and lemon-juice-like.
