This bright and refreshing Hazy features a combination of Mosaic, Sultana, Strata and Citra hops. The name pays homage to our Southeast Alaskan hometown of Juneau, America’s most isolated state capital city surrounded by miles of impassable icefields, fjords and the lush Tongass rainforest. Lush, wet and hiding a one-of-a-kind beauty, Juneau Juice is a juicy reflection of its hometown.

1 pint can in a pint glass.
Appearance - Slightly hazy gold body. Large head with very good retention and stick. Offwhite head is semi-dense and irregular. 5
Smell - Fresh grassy hop and juicy sweet dark fruit and honey. Full bodied. 5
Taste - Tastes just like it smells. Delicious. Well balanced. 5
Mouthfeel - Astringent but well balanced. Good solid hoppiness tingle. 5
Overall - Having trouble giving then anything else but perfect. So bold yet well balanced and drinkable. 5

Re-rated on Oct 23, 2023. BEST BY 022724 printed on bottom of can. 1 pint 3.2 fl oz poured into tulip. I'll change the final posted score to the average of the scores of these two ratings.
Appearance - Pours very hazy / opaque amber body. Big 2-3 finger sudsy white head with loose patchy lacing with tufty stick. Decent retention. 4.5 (-0.5)
Smell - Tropical fruit, faintly, among the citrus peel. Dry, though. A bit of floral notes and pumpkin spice. 4 (-1)
Taste - Dry and hoppy with any sweetness hidden in the mix. Only enough to balance the acidity and astringency maybe. 3.75 (-1.25)
Mouthfeel - Dry. Amost astringent. A little bitterness in the finish. 3.75 (-1.25)
Overall - Might go well with food. It's pretty dry and almost but not quite harsh. Not really a session beer. Too one note. More IPA than Hazy IPA. I find it to be a bit sharp, but my friend thinks it's smooth. Not many off characters, I'd say at least. 3.75 (-1.25)

Tall 19.2oz can
Pours immediately hazy, orange-gold, nice with the lace 'n all that. Smells heavy of lime juice and armpit funk. The taste is sweet and malty with a sour hop backing. Juicy pine, rather than fruit like your typical hazy. It has a kind of unpleasant earth/floral character/aftertaste

Well if there's anything at all that stands out on this beer, it's the hops. But it's kind of a smorgasbord, a hops buffet all compressed into one beer. I get everything from pine to citrus to fruity to dank, all in a pungent blast of hoppiness that's really pretty in your face.
Overall I'd say this was quite enjoyable, give it a try

I got a 6pck of cans of this beer from my local meijer store. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with mango and pineapple presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, deep orange to bronze color with a large white head. SRM of 10. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, citrus. Resinous. (3.50)
Flavor: Strong flavors of grapefruit citrus, orange citrus, some resinous melon, peach, fruit punch, and pine underneath. Malty and slightly sweet. (3.50)
Feel: Medium to heavier body, average carbonation, malty and slightly sweet. (3.50)
Compared to Alaskan Icy Bay IPA 7/2023: Pours darker, clearer. Milder aromas. More tangerine, resinous pine. Less juicy citrus and pineapple and melon. Sweeter and heavier.
Overall: Interesting IPA here in that it is darker, and not hazy upfront. Then the aromas and flavors are not juicy nor hazy but rather resinous like a WCIPA. Leans heavier and malty. Not really juicy and I'd say misses the mark for a hazy. (Rating: 3.52)

From a can. Clear amber color with two fingers of fluffy cream head. Piney hop aroma. Medium body and sticky feel. Pine and earthy flavor with a hint of orange. Not a hazy IPA at all, but that's fine with me as I prefer the West Coast style anyway.

12 oz. can, best by 09/05/2023. My first beer from Alaskan Brewing Co., acquired the six pack on sale at the local Jewel. Strangely enough, this is the only offering from these guys I've seen thus far, but no complaints. "Hazy IPA".
Poured to a Duvel tulip snifter.
A: Color is a nice coppery burnt sienna, more akin to a traditional style IPA than it is a "Hazy" or New England style. Not pulpy or orange juicy. Good strong finger's worth of soapy white froth, lots of good fluffy strands of lace. Appears well carbonated. Looks good, but not New England.
S: Fruity, musty, almost bubblegum-ish are the initial impressions.. Almost berryish, not piney or resinous smelling at first, but subtle earthy herbal notes emerge after a brief warming period. Lightly fumey.
T: Flavor profile follows the nose, super fruity & juicy, flavors of mixed berry, white peach, grape, only lightly piney / bitter / earthy, but those flavors do come forth. Malty. Again, slight fusel alcohol warmth is present for whatever reason.
F: Feel is pretty good, crisp, clean, fairly easy-drinking stuff. Not overly bitter or dry. Medium-bodied; good carb.
Overall, an average offering at best, more of a standard IPA than anything else, certainly doesn't pass the Hazy test.

Appearance - Pours a surprisingly beautiful amber color. High carbonation. Nice thick head. Light lacing on the glass.
Smell - Wonderful and pleasant orange and orange zest. Nothing unpleasant here.
Taste - Tastes as it smells. Wonderful orange zest. Nothing overpowering. Very nice masking of the alcohol. Bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Thin, high carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall - For what it is, they do a really good job.

Found this at the local Total Wine, decided to give it a try.
Poured from a can into a tulip glass. Nice orangish yellow with a good initial head and lacing. Nice tropical citrus smell. This follows to the taste but not as pronounced. A bit of vanilla. Decent feel but overall the beer is a bit of a disappointment.

Poured on 4-9 from a can labeled best by 7-15 which was a plus knowing it was quite fresh. Pours with a big big soapy long lasting slightly off white head, a very desirable looking beer that leaves a very nice lacing on the glass as the beer slowly disappears. Light traditional hoppy aroma with a bit of pine and less citrus but still comes across with a light nice hoppy nose. Some of the nose is lost in the taste which was a bit disappointing but still very drinkable. The aftertaste was not nearly as dry as I like in my own more desirable IPA's but overall a very drink beer.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – Unlike the description the brew pours a clear golden orange color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a an awesome retention level, very slowly fading and leaving tons of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is rather light overall, consisting mainly of some bready malt and light tropical fruit smells of mango and tangerine. Along with these aromas comes a light herbal and earthy hop as well as a touch of grapefruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready malt flavor mixed with some light caramel sweetness and a bit of tangerine. There is a moderate hop presence upfront, being mainly of an herbal and earthy nature, but containing some grapefruit as well. As the taste moves forward the herbal and earthy get stronger and a bit of pine hop comes in to replace the grapefruit, which fades away. The sweetness remains rather consistent throughout, with a just a bit of peach and apricot coming at the end. At the end, a light hay joins in the flavor profile, leaving one with a moderately hoppy, slightly more dank in nature, taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is medium in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is slightly higher. The feel is decent overall, making for an easy sipper.
Overall – Not really characteristic of a hazy IPA, but decent none the less.

19.2oz can. Stamped on can bottom is 'BEST BY 060123'.
Slightly cloudy, pale amber colored body. Two fingers of off white head. Leaves behind partial walls of lacing.
Aroma is vague citrus hops with a toasted caramel malt base.
Taste is sweet and juicy. Again the citrus flavors are rather vague, and there is a caramel malt base.
Soft and fuller mouth feel. Bitterness is virtually nonexistent. Excellent carbonation.
Very easy to drink, and thirst quenching. Nose and flavors are minimized.
