Poured from 12-ounce bottle into a long-stemmed stemmed tulip glass. Hazy pale yellow with a tinge of orange and a brilliant white head that settles rather quickly. Aromas and flavors typical of a Belgian-style witbier, though somewhat understated. Coriander and orange zest up front, with hints of clove on the finish. Light sweetness, medium-light in body with some lingering spice on the front of the tongue. Overall, a pretty solid witbier.

Looks opaque ish amber yellow. Great lacing.

Smells floral. Smells a little funky.

Tastes mildly spicy, I'm picking up coriander.

Feels full bodied. Good carbonation.

She pour a slightly hazy yellow/orange color and leaves the same colored body with a two finger white foamy head that rises and falls within thirty seconds to a film coating the top of the body. Streams of carbonation are seen rising at a moderate pace.
The smell has some light sweet slightly wheaty malt. There is some light banana all coming through in a refreshing sort of way. Hops are barely there (but that's expected for the style), and there isn’t any yeast (which should be warranted for the style).
The taste is slightly malty but not sweet, tart with a slight sour perhaps - hmmm.... maybe, once again, no yeast. There isn’t any aftertaste and there is a dry watery finish.
On the palate, she sits fairly light, comes across sessionable, and seems a bit undercarbonated for a witbier, semi-creamy sort of smooth texture.
Overall, this is a mostly average beer for its style, but comes across well for the summer months as an Americanized witbier. I would probably have this again with a nice seafood dish.

12oz best by 080917 served in a pint glass. Slightly hazy but pale yellow and no head formation. Faint but sweet aroma. Flavor is also mild, but clean (and refreshing). Wheat body with a hint of clove, ginger. Drinkable, but not a very exciting Wit, and not much to recommend it.

Pours a hazy honey color. Smells of white wine and coriander with a flat overhang. Tastes like a lemon flavored coors light with a bit of malt. Decently carbonated but lacks a distinct leftover.

= A basic wheat ale with not much to write home about. Way too sour for my liking.

Another two dollar find at Vintage Estate.
Pours a very deep orange color with a 1/2 inch of froth that seems to fizz out rather quickly. Smell is nice tons of coriander and spices but not very yeasty. taste is decent enough fruity and spiced with some orange and lemon peel/ Hay notes. Easy to drink at 5% not very watery.
Not that great to me it lacks any body for the style. Even a smidge less balanced than Shock Top.

12 ounce bottle poured into a pint glass

A: Pours a semi-hazy straw color with a white head, no retention, lots of carbonation streaming off the bottom, looks thin.

A: Subtle aromas of hay, grass, citrus, coriander and spice, not much going on here.

T: Subtle notes of lemon citrus rind, coriander, spice, light touch of bitterness, finish has lemon peel.

M: Light bodied with a good amount of carbonation.

O: Not sure if this really should be a witbier because it lacks that Belgian yeast characteristics, very easy to drink, light bodied, and light bitterness.
